The pharmacy is ridiculous, I mailed in a script for nexgard, the vet did not put the dogs name on, there was no communication to me. They called the vet ( I found this out from the vet) and then there was a problem because I had a second dog and they did not get that info from the vet!!!. They then told me after it has been 10 days that I would have to mail in another script. The order was cancelled and I will not deal with their pharmacy again, poor communication. Why couldn't they get all the info on the first call? Then they told me they cannot call back, I did not understand why.

Wow. What a caring company. I won’t bore you with details but they sent me a random gift of a portrait of my dog and I’m so touched. Customer service, service and products cannot be beat! Use them. Worth it!

Chewy.com has gone above and beyond in customer service. We recently lost our beloved Boxer Gus and his food was delivered the next day. I tearfully called Chewy to announce his passing and that I didn’t need the food and they refunded me and asked me to donate his food in his memory and then a few days later fresh flowers were delivered to my door! I love Chewy! ❤️🐶

What a caring company! We recently lost our big guy and had to cancel our auto delivery for his food. Not long after, we received flowers and a lovely hand written note from the rep my husband spoke with. Such kind words and compassion means so much when you loose one of your best friends! Chewy is convenient yes, because shopping online seems easier than trying to carry that 40 pound bag of dog food in and out of the store and then into your home, but it takes way to long to get what you order. I have not been able to get my auto ship order to sinc with my animals needs because It’s always takes at least a week to get the order once it’s been shipped, sometimes longer. Not to mention, once it’s delivered, it’s always thrown everywhere. I haven’t had 1 delivery that was pleasant. I just decided to stop using chewy and continue to buy from the store because since I’ve been using chewy, it hasn’t been anything but a hassle and let down.

We were so pleased with the prompt delivery of our dog's food and supplies so decided to order 4 Rx from Chewy. The scripts were sent in one week ago. Today we were told they have not received the scripts yet! I don't know exactly what is going on in the pharmacy there but my dog will be out of pills tomorrow morning. So, we had to cancel the order and buy all of the meds from our vet.

Up until today, I had been treated well by Chewys. Today, four different people and supervisor and games with the pricing! It was very frustrating and I will try to find another discount supplier of the cat food I get.
