First off I would like to thank everyone for there prayers❤️❤️ My fur babie Cesar has joined the Rainbow Bridge with his brother Bandit 😭😭😭😭. I am doing better but miss him greatly along with all his (babies) My children and grandchildren aunties and uncles and his brother and sister cousins. I want to give a HUGE !!!!!!! Shout out to CHEWY.com. Not only did they refund my account in full for all the special food he had to eat because of his illness and many medications that I have paid for. They also asked for me to DONATE the food. But it did not end there !!! Today I received a hand written note and a bouquet of flowers from CHEWY 😍😍😍😍😭😭😭😭😭. That touched my soul although I was crying when I received them. The humanity of that gesture warmed my heart so much to write this and spread the word. CHEWY is an amazing company that truly does care about you and your fur babies. Best customer service I've ever had with an online company. Our pet supplies would always arrive before the delivery date. Within 2 days of placing the order, we would have pet food and snackies on our doorstep. With the pandemic, I had waited more than 6 days. I had to go out and get a small bag for the fur babies to hold them over. Of course the shelves are bare and the pets did not like the brand we got. I asked chewy if the delay was due to the pandemic, trying to see if they were shut down as well. I was surprised with a speedy response and a credit back to my bank account to make up for food I had to purchase. In my original email, I never mentioned I head to go buy food since the order was late. They just knew as pet lovers and took time to apologize and help me with added costs I incurred. This is customer service!!!!! I'm a supervisor for customer service, this is what we all strive to be! I already loved chewy, but now so much more. I'll be a customer for life and telling everyone who has pets, that this is the company they need to shop from Thank you

First time using chewy.com I was more than pleased. Not only did I receive my order in a timely fashion, it was also during the coronavirus pandemic. Just goes to show that chewy.com really takes care of their customers. I'll definitely keep using them.

Chewy is an amazing company. They sent my granddaughter a painted portrait of her dog at no cost to her just as a appreciation for using them. This kind gesture brought her to tears.

We don’t even know what to say. CHEWY company...THE MOST AMAZING BUSINESS MODEL WE’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Not only is their pricing spot-on and their deliveries flawless, they refunded 100% what we’d spent on cat food and litter ASAP (which incidentally was almost $200 due to doubling up on our order the day before our cat passed away), but they also had us donate all of that order at our discretion...AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, they sent us an amazing condolence bouquet. If THAT isn’t AWESOME...we don’t know what is!!!! THANK YOU CHEWY!!!! OUR HEART....WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU!!!

Everything I needed to give my pets what they need is on this site. Sure, they've got the products, but they also allow shoppers to review their items on-site; this makes it much easier to make a well informed purchase. The level of quality of the service is pretty stellar, too. Can't go wrong with Chewy!
