Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy.com is a top notch business who truly cares. Chewy.com has always shipped our items on time and with good pricing. Recently we lost our cat, Chewy.com sent flowers and a card to us which floored me. I did not know businesses did these types of things any more. It meant the world to us. I would highly recommend Chewy.com !

I was helped by ms. Jordan in the customer service area she was very professional and took care of my pet prescription with out any inconvenience for me she is a very wonderful employee and should be praised on how she handles problems with ease. Was very happy with my pet outcome for her getting my pet heart pills . Thankyou very much.

Chewy is such a wonderful company. When our rabbit died, they sent us a bouquet of flowers, and they send us personal cards every year for holidays.

I have auto order and get $80-150 of cat food and product. Get paid 3rd Wed. and have order sent day my check hits bank. So now my order was tweaked as didn't need as much but my reg. order should of been there. Now my cats (3) have 2 cans. I am sick but going to fight the masses for cat food. Why get auto order if they don't have your product . horrible service not 1st time many broken litter boxes and wrong orders. Praying I don't make others ill with my cold?? But no choice unless starve cats.

Just bought my 2nd box of Extend Joint care for my dog and once again, disappointed. The 1st one I ordered one of the packets was opened. Lucky for me the container had a plastic seal which kept the contents intact. 2nd time around no worries about a torn packet, good thing because this one had no plastic seal. At $50 a pop I was expecting to get a similar product as if I had ordered from the Manufacturer themselves. For me and my dog, there will not be a 3rd time for Chewy.

If you are looking for a company that stands by it's shipping and delivery promises, this is not the company for you. Customer service is nearly impossible to contact. I was on hold for over 30 minutes two different times and my call was disconnected. They do not return emails in a timely fashion either. I altered my autoship order to include only items that showed "in stock," however, due to their delays, two of the items I needed went out of stock. Keep in mind, I ordered my items prior to the original autoship date selected and at that time, I had plenty of food so I wasn't concerned. Then it kept dragging on and on so I checked, only to find my order had not shipped and some items were no longer in stock. If you are looking for a company who cares about your pets, one who will not leave you without food for your pets, then I highly recommend finding a different company to order from.

I use Apoquel for my dog, and assumed Chewy had the lowest prices. They don't. (Actually, Chewy DID have the lowest prices when I switched to them last year, but every renewal their price went up and up, until they were no longer the least expensive) Allivet offers it for significantly less, and Chewy will NOT price-match. I’m sad to say goodbye to Chewy ... 32 tablets 3.6 mg Apoquel Chewy.com - $69.62 Allivet.com - $57.28 (and that’s before coupon code to take another $3 off)

It's a good site. They've had the free 2 day shipping offer since 2018 and it's dope, even after I bought about 150lbs of cat litter for ~$60 they still stayed true to their word. Prices are also good, Either I see them for less or at the same prices as other places, but not less than what you may get something else for closeout prices, but I've never really bought closeout products anyways so It's saved me money in the long run
