I ordered the Trifexis on 3/05/20 and even got an invoice from Chewy, but I never got it. So on 3/20/20 I called Chewy customer service to get status and the woman was very rude to me. She said that the order was never put in. I explained to her that I did put in the order and even got an email with a invoice from them. I was so upset about the rude representative that I requested to speak to a supervisor but she hung up on me. I canceled any and every order from chewy!!! Horrible service!!! I will never use their services ever again and I've already ordered from 1800PetMeds.

Placed an order for cat food with a listed delivery date of this coming Tuesday. My order was under $35, so I was charged for shipping. AFTER the order was placed and my credit card charged, I immediately received a notice apologizing for not being able to deliver the cat for for 7 - 10 days due to the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic. I understand. But they cannot tell me they did not know this prior to placing the order. We have 3 cats. I will need to go locally to pick up some cat food for them. My first and last order from chewy.com. Lousy with ethics, and extremely bad customer service in my opinion.

I absolutely understand supply chain. During covid19 scare, Chewy is not matching up. I'm thankful I plan ahead. They have not. Even on autoships.

Customer service had always been excellent. I have had a regular shipment from Chewy. Last week I callled to cancel the shipment, since we had to have our dog put down. The CSR was very kind and expressed sympathy several times. Then a few days later a flower arrangement was delivered to our door from the Chewy CSR. This is service you just do not see any more. There is no doubt that they will be my supplier off dog supplies again. Thank you Chewey!!

They have the best customer service I have EVER experienced. Even though they are a large company, you feel like you are getting help from a small, local business. They care so much about you and your pets. Our cat passed away the day we got a new shipment in the mail and they refunded us and asked us to just donate our food to a local shelter. Then we got flowers delivered to us. They even sent us a handwritten Christmas card. I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone who has a pet. Thank you so much Chewy.com! You are the best!

They cancelled my order because my vet had a slightly incorrect dog weight on file, and said I should go visit my vet to get my dog weighed again. But, there's a pandemic going on and my gf is immunocompromised (plus it costs $ for a vet visit; if I was rich I wouldn't be buying meds online anyway). Furthermore, they cancelled both my dogs' worm meds even though one of them had no weight discrepancy. I suspect they ran out of stock during the Coronavirus panic and were looking for an excuse to cancel orders, because they didn't make much effort to sort it out before they cancelled it. They just left a voicemail. I called back immediately but got no answer, then I sent an email. But they cancelled it without talking to me or answering my email. Pretty weak

I ordered a bag of dog food and some Cosequin chews on March 14. Fed Ex claimed that they delivered the package on March19. They lied . They delivered nothing . I was home waiting all day . Nothing was delivered . The Chewy order number was 271878869. The tracking number for Fed Ed was 149246271180. I called 800-672-4399 four times and never got through after being on hold each time for 15 minutes . The Fed Ed number 800-463-3339 never answered . I had to face viral exposure to buy dog food because Chewy didn't deliver . Neither did Fed Ed . I'll never use Chewy again .
