We've been using Chewy for several months with no issues. A couple of orders were wrong, which Chewy fixed at no cost to us. My wife checked our upcoming automatic delivery. The price of the canned food more than DOUBLED!! We are done with Chewy. We canceled our entire order and we will not be using them any more. I understand that things are behind because of Corona virus but this is taking advantage of a situation for profit. It is PRICE GOUGING!! There are still dog food cans in my local supermarket....at the regular price. I will choose to spend my money at businesses run by people with morals. Oh, I will also be turning Chewy in to the Joint Western Pennsylvania COVID-19 Task Force for price gouging.

Very nice company, had a small issue. I sent a message to them on Twitter, was contact very fast and the problem was solved quickly. They also gave a discount for my next order since I had trouble.

State of emergency (COVID-19 that is) shows real face of the business! Pet is on prescription food. Chewy 1st posted that they need 8 days to deliver food, ok fine every be in panic so there could be delays. Then closer to that term i get notice that order canceled, thought that they run out of supply but guess what? They want us to go visit vet to to allow order? Wait by NYS governor stay stay home! And pet has no need for any care at the moment. So let me see publicly traded company forces us to brake the law and be engendered to catch virus just so they and their vet partnership can more money on unnecessary visit? Well legally its called tort which is criminal behavior. Their actions endanger cat life as we either need to shift to non medical food or have pet starve! If their actions will cause health problem with pet we will be suing them! Such terrible company policy! they don't care about clients or their pets at all!

Liars! Why did you take my money if you couldn't keep schedule. Very dishonest, concealing the facts. When I made my order, website said 2 to 4 days. Now website says 7 to 10 days. Day 8 and not even tracking. Have the number but nothing is moving. Never again cheeewy. You owe me a refund!

I’m a loyal customer who’s had a subscription for my dog’s Halo dog food to be automatically ordered/delivered every month for quite some time now. I understand their has been panic due to the coronavirus pandemic and people have felt the need to stock up on dog food. Unfortunately, that has led to me receiving an email notifying me that MY order, which has remained the same throughout, would be delayed. Needless to say, I’m a little disappointed in the fact that customers such as myself who have been with Chewy for a long period of time, are having to wait on pre-existing orders for others who are buying in the present time. Although I still value chewy and their customer service I feel, in the situation, they dropped the ball.

Price gouging... The dog food has nearly doubled now. I won't use these crooks anymore.

I have been ordering from Chewy for years. Great variety of products and reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent! If we experience short delivery delays, please be patient. NEWS FLASH! Global pandemic! I highly recommend this top notch company and appreciate the convenience. Bless the World!

Placed order for Potty pads and Bully sticks for my dogs. They cancelled my order without even telling me reason why.Went to site to check on my order and it was just gone. Already waiting for order a week. My daughter had an autoship at our address once before so I guess I couldnt have discount but when I ordered on the site it let me. Instead of contacting me the just cancelled entire order. Not the first time I have had trouble with Chewy. I knew better to trust them again. Be careful they will double charge your card also.
