My baby has a allergic skin condition, so I ordered her shampoo and food from Chewy. They said the delivery might be longer, due to the C-19 problems, but it still arrived in two days, which was great! When it got here, the medicated shampoo bottle was cracked, and shampoo was everywhere! Called Chewy at 6pm last night, and the young man(Charles?) was so great! Got a whole new order at 8am!! Next day! Thanks !!

I love Chewy.com! The employees are amazing and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I have never had an issue, everyone is so helpful. Even after my dog passed away I received a card in the mail from chewy. I love them!

Waiting for Federal Express to pick up 2 boxes of food (50 pounds and 17 pounds) that were left on and in the street instead of being delivered up my driveway to the front door. Chewy advertises front door delivery and the labels are marked front door. A previous delivery was stolen because of being left in the street. Each time I call, the representative says I will hear back from a supervisor after they speak the Federal Express. I’ve never received a call. Now they can pay to have it shipped back and restocked. When it gets costly, maybe they’ll revise their policy and actually contact Federal Express. I will no longer purchase from them. A $1000+ a year customer is apparently not worth it to them

Not only are Chewy's prices and service excellent, they are great to deal with. We recently lost two older cats who were on prescription diets, and rather than have us return a case of prescription canned food, Chewy requested that we donate it to a shelter and refunded us the full price. And two days later we received a bouquet of flowers from them in sympathy for our loss. The refund was appreciated, but their kindness and thoughtfulness at this time of grief was priceless.

I recently needed to call Chewy to cancel my auto ship because I have a stockpile of dog food and I recently lost 2 of my 3 dogs within one week. Needless to say I am really struggling. Not only were the agents I spoke to extremely helpful and understanding , I received a beautiful flower arrangement with a card expressing their condolences. Who does that?? I am so impressed with this company. Thank you Chewy❤️

I wanted to share that my sweet fur baby Pomeranian had passed away last week at the age of 18 and I had to contact chewy to stop the recurring food shipments. Today I received flowers from chewy with a condolence note on the loss of my Jada. I was so touched and it was so heartwarming that I will never purchase anything from any other pet store. Jada always got a birthday card and I got a Mother’s Day card each year from chewy as well, but the flowers, WOW. I cannot express the sincere emotion that I have right now.

I dislike this company in so many ways.I tried Chewy since we moved to a city that doesn't carry out dog food brand. Bill Jack. You can't order it on their site, only by PetSmart or Chewy are your only two options. Because PetSmart is 1.5 hours a way, and Chewy offered a larger bag of dog food I decided to try Chewy. I had autoship every 6 weeks. Not realizing that its going to take 1.5 weeks to actually get the dog food. Since their website says free 1-2 day shipping. First order took 4 days before we got an email that gives the tracking information. Then it took 10+ days to get our first order. Everyday for 6 days it said it was "arriving today." Because we only feed our dogs this one type of food, we bought a small bag of another brand to hold them off until ours came. 10 days later it finally came. 4 small bags of dog food. It was a wreck. Several emails to and from customer service asking for a discount for a future purchase and we were turned down and told "due to COVID our shipping times are delayed" Buuut you don't post that on your website, you willing still state 1-2 days shipping still on the website. A few weeks later they added the banner that their shipping is delayed. But they don't tell you its weeks delayed. We bumped the ship to every 4 weeks. Giving 1.5 weeks for shipping, now its delayed even more. We have now changed our shipping to every 3 weeks, but get the dog food every 4.5 -5 weeks in hand. I dislike them so much but keep our dog food coming because sometimes its hard to get the 1.5 hours to the town that carries our brand. Let along the 50 pound bag of food. Otherwise I would just wait and buy several bags from PetSmart at a time to get away from this company, but I'm stuck with them. If you can GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
