They will take a prescription from our vet in Canada for food (which they charge more than the competition does even with auto ship) but they won’t take it from the same vet for tick/ heart worm medication. Total BS...either you take a prescription or you don’t or you are lying that one is needed. Oh, and you don’t call or email when you receive the prescription in the mail...you wait until the day before the dog needs the medicine for me to call you? Crappy customer service. Totally done with them and going into a PetSmart. Another case of used to be good until a big box bought them.

We lost our two Dogs over the past 1.5 years! Chewy, in both instances, refunded our money for the Meds and Food we had on hand for them. I am talking about 100's of dollars here!!! We just lost, Lola our 15.5 YOA Shih Tzu, and besides the refunds (and a request that we give the Meds and food to a local shelter) Brittany on behalf of Chewy sent us a dozen yellow roses!!! Our new Dog will be a Chewy customer, too! Love to our Friends at Chewy.com! Fred and Kay

I ordered some supplies for my hamster, and unfortunately my sweet old girl passed away the same day they were delivered. I called hoping I could return my order and was told the purchase would be refunded to my card and that I could donate the supplies to a local animal shelter. The lady on the phone was so kind and was very sympathetic. Overall amazing customer service and it is wonderful the way they handle returns. I will always be a Chewy customer.

Hands down...The best customer service ever. I had a shipment arrive damaged and expected a long process to be compensated. Honestly, I think I received an email within minutes...On a Sunday and my entire order was refunded and new shipment sent out immediately at no charge! Awesome!

I can’t believe I got email come-on trying to get me to sign up for auto ship when you can’t fulfill orders in anything like a timely manner. YOU: Maybe ship in 10 days. AMAZON: It’ll be there tomorrow. THAT is why I’m no longer a customer.

Awful experience. I downloaded the app and gave it a try. Complete joke! I never got the medication my cats needed. I called customer service and they told me to wait 6 to 10 days and call back, ridiculous. They did nothing to help and I still haven’t got my medication. Very awful experience for me being a new customer. I will never use them again.

i order from chewy facebook page and havnt got my item. i order a dog trimmer from april 30th and havnt came yet. i have a tracking # and it said it has been shipped* where is it lol? i also emailed them and they havnt replied. what a trusted site..... smh
