In order to keep my reviews balanced, I would like to express how awesome Chewy.com is. Unfortunately due to CoV19, I had to pause my automatic shipping, but before I did, they were so very helpful when I realized I was ordering too frequently, offered to refund what I didn't need, and generally made me feel like someone actually cared. I love their customer service, and that honestly is why I have the neverending debate as to whether I should just support locally or utilize the convenience of Chewy.com, it all boils down to spending my money where it is appreciated. That concept gets lost the bigger the company, so I am grateful humans and pets are the number one concern.

Wonderful company! Our sweet dog was sick and we ordered some very expensive medication. She passed away before we got our order. Chewy staff was kind and provided us with a refund. I came home from work and had a bouquet of flowers and a card stating they were sorry for our loss. Keep in mind that they had made zero money from us. We will always try to buy our pet items from chewy from now on. Thank you for your kindness!

Absolutely horrible company. First their prices are higher than most big box pet store chains. Second it takes weeks, not days. to get an order delivered. They send you emails promising a delivery on a day certain, then 2 days after that date send you an apology email giving yet a later date for delivery. You can't contact them because everything is "no reply". BS.They suck!

Ordered 2 products on April 10, never shipped so I canceled after 11 days. Ordered 1 item on April 20th, I never shipped, so I canceled after 7 days. I've ordered 2 items on May 21, email said it would ship in 3-6 days. Guess we'll see. Haven't these issues with Ebay or Amazon

Prices are comparable, if not slightly less than going to the store, AND shipping is quick. Auto delivery keeps me in stock on the essentials. The customer service is remarkable! My issue (my own fault) was quickly taken care of, reshipment was processed and delivered within 4 business days! I am hooked.

Chewy is the best online pet care retailer there is. Affordable prices, quality items, lightening fast shipping, easy returns & excellent customer service. I order from them all the time & am always more than satisfied.

I have been using Chewy.com for several years for my 4 pets. Food, toys, prescriptions, everything I've needed I have been able to get from Chewy. Just over a week ago I lost my 15 year old Buddy. I called chewy to cancel his prescription shipment. Today, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from chewy. It was the most wonderful thing a company can do for their customers. They have a customer as long as I have pets. Thank you Chewy.

I really like Chewy. Even during this Cov-19, I was running short on dog food, and I had to place a quicker auto ship to my house. I was totally surprised when I got it in 2 days, when I was told a bit longer. Thanks Chewy! (A lot of their fish stuff is lower, also, that we use)
