Just received my first order and couldn’t be more pleased. Prescription drops shipped quickly in cold pack. Chewy contacted my vet for the prescription and the cost was half what the vet was going to charge me for the exact same medicine.

Worst ordering experience ever. Ordered one item. Tracking item it said delayed for 3 days. Then tracking said Action Required. Fed X couldn't deliver. Chewy can't pack one item for shipment. Then they couldn't resend item. I needed it. Won't order ever again. Not worth one star

They're incompetent with prescription verification. My vet sent it back, chewy claims that they didn't and cancelled my order. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

Looked at chewy for a uretic diet for my cats that was an all natural solution to the prescription the vets thought was better. It even was cheaper on chewy so I started an auto ship every 2 weeks. Having 5 cats I need this food when I order it and was relieved it came within a day or two of order. As soon as this pandemic started my orders were taking as long as two weeks to receive and I was receiving emails about the next auto ship. After running out of food and having to buy some from the grocery store which caused a couple of my cats to vomit, I looked elsewhere for the same brand and the cost. I am still seeing delays with orders according to emails so I have cancelled my autoship and get my food through another company and receive it within a normal amount of time, even if it’s not a day or two. I still don’t have to wait 2 weeks. Sorry but if customers who were already managed aren’t being taken care of and something like this happens, it shows me they don’t have the means to handle an increase in business with the staff they already had.

Chewy.com is one of the best companies around. They have exceptional customer service, and when my dog suddenly passed, and I needed to cancel his auto ship medication, the rep was beyond nice and empathetic. It's hard to find companies that add the nice personal touch like the beautiful flowers that were delivered to my home after my dog passed. It brings tears to my eyes knowing that someone is that caring to go the extra mile. I will always be a loyal customer. Keep up the good work! It does not go unnoticed! Thank you!!

Quick shipping. Easy to use website. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Chewy. I had ordered a plastic dog food bin that was broken in transit. After calling Chewy they immediately gave me a credit, and I did not have to send back the bin for which I was grateful, because it was huge!
