I'll start off by saying everyone that has been giving them <3 stars since the beginning of this pandemic needs to rethink and get their priorities straight. Businesses all over are having an incredibly hard time acquiring and shipping products and chewy isn't exempt from that. I work in an animal hospital and since this pandemic started, certain medication were impossible to order and medicated food wasn't that much better and our clients rely on us for that, so y'all need to relax. Now I've only been using chewy.com for a short amount of time, but giving them 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Earlier this year, I had a cat unexpectedly need to he euthanized, but the day before I had purchased something for her through chewy. Not only did they allow me to keep the product (they suggested I donate it), they gave me a full refund. I was heart broken and they were more supportive than some people who personally know me and my now deceased fur baby. The next day I came home to flowers and a hand written card from one of the customer service employees sending her condolences. Fast forward to yesterday, I got the news thst my other cat isn't doing that great so I ordered a supplement for her kidneys . I received an email saying that due to the current state, shipments may take longer, and I got anither one today saying it will be here end of day. I know this pandemic has people freaking our over numerous things, one of them being how to care for their fur babies, but chewy is not the one to be mad at. I recommend chewy.com to EVERYONE who had an animal to care for. Even if you don't just email customer service because they are awesome!!

My mother sent me a cat bed (via Chewy.com) for my pets. While it's cute, it's brown not beige so I let Chewy know. They admitted it was brown not beige and that they would update the listing. Then they interrogated me about the transaction because I was not the purchaser. I gave them all of the info they needed and they said my mother had to call them whereupon I told them to leave me and my mother alone (I was not asking for a replacement, just letting them know the color was not as described). Let them keep advertising a beige bed and perhaps others will be disappointed to get a brown one (the Made in China tag says "beige"). Chewy.com sells cheap garbage from China and acts like your friendly neighborhood pet store. This company does not care about people or pets, only profits. I will not shop with them anymore.

Best company. Great prices, great service. I have used Chewy for years for everything. Excellent customer service. A company that values their customers. I was shocked when I received flowers when my dog passed away! As soon as I find another fur baby I will be ordering everything from Chewy. A company with a heart ♥️♥️

Rude customer service that will randomly hang up because they do not want to work. Make up excuses to not refund money.

We have used chewy since getting our first dog in 2012. We now have 3 dogs and 2 cats and go through almost 100 pounds alone of dog food a month. Through the years these are the best things I have noticed about chewy: -Ease of having the food delivered -Quick shipping. We have lived in 3 different states since becoming customers and even through the covid lockdowns our deliveries have never taken more than 8 days from order to delivery. -Fantastic customer service. We had problems with an order only once and it was when one item from the order was not delivered. I called customer service and there was no arguing, I explained that an item hadnt been delivered and they apologized and immediately shipped me the item. This is kind of random but they also send you a handwritten card at Christmas and on your pets birthday which Ive always thought was sweet. The only negative is minor, but generally they package everything into as few boxes as possible which is good for the environment, but when you have a 50lb bag of dog food and a small bag of dog cookies in the same shipping box.... sometimes things are smushed. Ive never had an entire package destroyed but there are always some that are banged up. Regardles we love chewy and highly recommed!

I've found the customer service at Chewy to be excellent. Because my mail has been accumulating in a pile during the pandemic, I failed to notice that a Chewy discount coupon had arrived in the mail. I discovered the coupon after placing an order with the pharmacy. The pharmacy was perfectly accommodating, giving me a $20 credit for the coupon value after I wrote to them explaining my oversight. Also, I've been satisfied with their products. They've all been as advertised.

I have been a customer of Chewy for a long time. Never had a problem with them on my Prescription do food until this Pandemic started .. I haven’t been able to receive my dog food since. I have it on auto ship and for the last 5 times of trying to get my dogs food they keep cancelling my order telling me it’s out of stock. I talked with customer service and they said the would send it out I. A week. To this date I still haven’t received my dog food. Chewy sucks on auto ship. I guess there new customers are getting the food instead of me ..
