So, i ordered 8 pet candles from here and they were delivered the very next day! Super fast! When I recieved them 2 were shattered. I called customer service and they replaced them immediately. They were delivered the next day. So friendly on the phone might I add!! Im certain it was not Chewy's fault. They were wrapped in bubble wrap so good i dont know how they would have broken. My guess is the delivery guy threw them on the truck or just dropped them on my porch.

I want to just tell you how amazing chewy.com is. Our cat passed away and I called to tell them I had a case of unused food to return. They told me to donate the food, which I gave to the local Humane Society and sent us the most beautiful flowers with their condolences. They have always had amazing customer service, but that was beyond special. I highly recommend them.

This is a review for chewy customer service. I have been getting cat litter and canned cat food delivered for about 6 months. I had an issue with the first shipment- I called- and they were polite and fixed it. A few deliveries no problems and then on my last shipment I had an issue again. I sent an email and was trying to remedy the problem by changing my autoship. I called for assistance to set up 2 autoships. The gentleman was helpful, fixed it for me and was efficient. When I hung up I found that they had already responded to my email and were sending out a replacement. I can't recall who helped me on the phone, but Eric fixed the problem by email as well. I am very pleased with your customer service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was a customer for many years till the last of my 3 dogs passed, recently. Through the years, Chewy had never disappointed me in showing compassion & great customer service. Whenever I had an issue with my food delivery, be it dented cans or any slight imperfection, they were always prompt in responding & making things right. I usually send in pictures of defects & had always received positive responses to make things right. Reach out to them when you encounter an issue & you will be amaze at their great customer service. I would like to thank Chewy.com for being such an awesome place for pet-loving people. I tell anyone with a pet about you & will continue doing so. Thank you!

Never had a problem with Chewys until April 2020. April I was double charged for my Autoship. Causing my account to be overdrawn by almost $600.00. The bank replaced my money and I had to get a new card. Living on my social security check. That made it very hard for me. Skipped May but I ordered in June . And it's a repeat of being double charged and a promise of returning my money. I still haven't got my money back. Guess I will have to go thru my bank again. Never will I autoship again. Lost all faith in Chewys. I know I'm just a small customer but how many more is this happening to. They blame Covid 19. Well this is a giant company I'm not buying it.

I purchased my cat food from these guys for years. I switched though when I found a local pet supply place that sold it for far cheaper. And they also have a promotion where when I buy a certain amount of cases I get another case free so it's a lot cheaper in the long run. (And it's not a promo that has expired since; been doing that for over 2 years now and have gotten many free cases of cat food.) The reason I leave a review today is now for the umpteenth time I have ordered something expected it to be delivered and it's not here. I understand that we are in a pendemic situation but you shouldn't tell your customers that in this pandemic situation that their package will be shipped / delivered in 1 to 3 business days and then leave them sitting there waiting for almost 7 full business days now. One last thing that I feel I need to say is that ever since I started seeing commercials for chewy on TV and I started to see the company grow I had a fear that they would sell out and their customer service would plummet and not be as awesome as it used to be. And that's exactly what happened. Every time I have a problem with Chewy I dread calling customer service and nine times out of 10 I don't even call anymore because the people are so fu**ing miserable it's not even worth it. It used to be a place where you could call and people are happy to do their jobs and happy to help you and your pets and things like that but now I feel that it's full of people that really don't care and all they're after is a paycheck. It's very very sad to see a company that was so promising turn into something like this. I can't say that I'm ever going to use chewy.com ever again.

I ordered a Sentinel prescription for my dog and it said my package was "delivered" but it was nowhere to be found. Chewy uses FedEx and I called FedEx to inquire about the false delivery but the auto prompts had me on hold twice for 13 minute increments. I was extremely frustrated and worried about being out of $75. I called Chewy the next day and the customer service rep was SO nice. She looked up my account information and initiated an investigation to the shipper/driver about relocating my missing package.She also ordered a replacement prescription for free of charge just in case they can't find it. This compelled me to leave a review because I'm extremely relieved and happy with the way they handled my problem. Thank you Chewy!!!

They need to do better with their packaging at the time of delivery. I order some wet and dry food, the description was good but the package was wet when I got home. The mail man left it at front door and the rain came. Please advise mail man to live 📦 in a plastic bag because Georgia weather is unpredictable it could be 85 degrees and still raining
