I absolutely adore this company. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and can not be matched. The prices are cheaper than other pet stores. Shipping is always free after $49. I work in rescue and chewy has never been anything other than amazing. They even sent hand painted portraits of some of our critters. I LOVE CHEWY

I just read about how somebody got a couple of hand painted portraits of their animals from Chewy. I also received a package from Chewy today and was confused because I hadn't ordered anything. I open it up and it is a card, hand written, along with the hand painted portrait of one of my dogs. I was not expecting anything like this whatsoever and as soon as I saw it I started to cry because the gesture was so thoughtful. The painting was fantastic and looks just like my one dog and it literally made my entire day!

Ive been ordering from chewy for a few years now.orders for my dogs food and up until a few months ago cat food .ive always heard stories about how nice they are epically when your pet has passed away.i personally was quite impressed with them today.yes I have recieved birthday cards from them for my pets over the years and any rare issues I've had with an order they fixed asap but today I recieved a package in the mail and it was two small hand painted portraits of two of my dogs. At first I though my wife ordered them but I called chewy and it was them sending a hello and a smile to all of my family. Bravo chewy you made our day in these trying times that we are all having. And by the way the artist that painted them did a wonderful job. Thank you

I purchased a water bowl from Chewy. Two months later the pump for the water bowl stopped working so I went on Chewy and gave the product a bad review. I never called or talked to Chewy customer service because I was over my 30 days. A week later they refunded my money!!! I didn't even ask. I will purchase from them anytime and it is a trusted site.

Ordered training collar online, instock. They called me many days later saying they were out of stock and cancelling order. Still waiting for refund. They tell me to call my bank, why? Now I am over 10 days without the training collar I need for my GSD. I should have stuck with Walmart. Refunds are so easy and prompt. Now I need a code to write a review!! Bull.

Chewy was a very helpful resource for keeping our cat happy and healthy after she developed kidney disease. We were able to get her special Rx food, medical supplies, supplements and other items very conveniently. The subscription service for food and subQ supplies was especially helpful. Our sweet kitty lived to be 23. After she passed, I contacted the company to see if we could return any of the unopened items we had purchased. Chewy applied a refund for the requested return and told me we could donate the food and supplies locally. This was handled in just a few minutes with a chat conversation via the website. A few days later we received a lovely sympathy bouquet from DaJuan, the agent who helped with the return request. I appreciated the service we received from Chewy during my pet's last years, and I was touched by the personal gesture.
