Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I was very impressed with the quick order and delivery process however I was exteneky annoyed and unhappy it was all shipped in one box. When I joined they told me they ship up to 60lbs in one box. No where when checkibgbkur does it say that. Know when you get your box you will have to unpack it outside at myself nor my husband get carry it. The box fell apart) as cardboard sadly very strong

Let me start by saying thank you Chewy and all your hard working employees . I recently had a melt down when I realized I had only one scoop of my taste if the wild catfood remaining, I went on my app. and checked my auto shipment and saw i still had several days before my auto shipment went out so I figured I would have to go out and purchase a bag somewhere. I was so impressed how easy it was to get my auto ship earlier, so I easily changed my order on Saturday evening still assuming that I would need to still run out by Sunday to buy a bag . Sunday I go to walk out of my house to go find catfood and behold sat a box from Chewy not even a whole day and you had my 3 bags delivered to my door on Sunday!! So again please know how greatful I feel that I found Chewy and thanks again for diverting my near crisis as my 13 cats would have been extremely upset with me. Lol. Your lifetime customer, Christy Hardin...

Chewy has been out of mighty dog canned food for weeks When I call customer service no one knows when or if they will get it My supermarket has it Walmart has it amazon has it petco has it and is owned by chewy I usually buy 30lb bag and 6 cases of mighty dog cans so now that they don’t have the cans I need to pay shipping Customer service needs work

Amazing customer service. We ordered a 40lb bag of food worth 60$ and it said it was delivered but we never received it. I called customer service and a representative answered right away. I was on the phone for 1 min with her and she put in another order for free! I got a confirmation email and everything. I’ve never had such great service before. I am so pleased and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered things for my puppy online and it was going to take over a week to arrive, considering we’re in the middle of a Pandemic I was ok with the package arriving later. Well the date came for my package to arrive and it was still in another state. I contacted Chewy to see what was going on and when woman informed me that my package shouldn’t have taken any longer than 3-4 days to arrive. She was nice enough to resend my things and said it should arrive in no later than 4 days.... ITS BEEN 6 now and still no package again! Not to mention the original package never left that state (GA and I’m in CA). I’m not going to order anything from them again, I’ll just go to PetSmart from now on.

If you have a pet that absolutely needs a certain medication DO NOT USE CHEWY!!!! I have a husky with a severe zinc deficiency, she will die without zinc pills. I make my order, its accepted, my CC accepts it. Chewy cancels it. I email them. Sorry order #123 will arrive 6/22. 6/23 I try to access site, not happening. I live chat with them, "OH your order was cancelled. Meanwhile my dogs dying. THANKS CHEWY!!!!
