Chewy has gained my utmost respect. I used to order all my dog’s food and supplements from Chewy. In the fall, my dog passed away from old age issues. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return an unopened bad of joint health supplements. The representative said he would refund me for the order and asked that instead of returning it to donate it to a local shelter. What he did next was shocking... he asked if I had anything else I ordered from them. I said I told him yes I had an opened bag of joint supplements and opened bag of his dog food. The representative said he was also going to refund me for those as well as long as in return I was to donate them to my local shelter. That was so generous for such a big company to offer that. I will always recommend chewy bc of that:)

I placed my order last night and my order arrived this morning before 11am this morning! All 3 items delivered! I didn’t realize how low I was on dog food and figured I would have to go to the store to get a small bag to get me through until the big bag arrived. Thank you so much! It took some things off my list for today. Impressive!!

I have had the best experience with Chewy.com. When our beloved cat passed away, I let Chewy know, and they sent flowers with a comforting message. I will never forget their kindness.

Chewy is paw-some! We’ve been customers for several years. Recently, Andie M. helped us with our order. The petyard we received for our new puppy was way too big. Andie issued us a refund AND asked us to donate the petyard to a local animal group, shelter, or rescue. Wow! We ❤️ Chewy!

Really wanted this to work. There is nothing more convenient then have your pets good delivered to your door. Unfortunately my package was delayed twice with Chewy. Which left me with hungry dogs once, ( Covid-19 store closed at 6:30) the second time I didn't risk it and bought food when it didn't show at 6:15..I called customer service and could really tell how much the customer service agent cared that my package was now delayed 4 extra days, (just kidding, he could care less) it's unfortunate at the lack of customer service, I think FedEx is the problem and maybe a different shipping company would be best for Chewy. Based on my experience I have decided it's best to just buy my own dog food, I will not recommend Chewy or PetSmart to any of my friends or family members.

I’ve ordered from them for many years. If you need something other than prescriptions, they are great. On my last prescription order for heart guard medicine, they drug their feet on shipping it. It got past time for my dog to have her pill so I called them. They said they were having trouble gettting in touch with my vet. So I call my vet and they pull the chart. No...they had records of faxing the prescription on the 12th. They say they have had this problem a lot with Chewy. So they relax it on the 15th. On the 17th, I follow up because it still hasn’t shipped. They say they are so sorry and that they’ll pay for me to go by my vet...an hour away...to get a single dose since she’s past due. Well, my vet doesn’t have a single dose. So I call them back on the 18th. They’ll get it out right away and take 20% off my order. And ship it overnight. On the 19th, I check online. It went regular shipping and they didn’t take 20% off. Look, I get people are behind due to COVID BUT they lied and blamed another company, my Vet’s office, for the delay. Not cool. When that was proven to be false, they offered to make it right with the discount and expedited shipping and then didn’t do what they say. Another company without a conscience. Well, they’ve lost a long time customer and will keep on with their current tactics.

Their products may be fine, but since one of their main claims is convenience, I’m giving them one star. Having 40+lb boxes dumped on your plants at the end of a steep driveway isn’t my idea of convenience. This happened twice. When I complained I got a generic “Sorry, good luck in the future” email. Not a fan.

I had an issue with a broken crate and I called and spoke with Cassandra. She was so friendly and kind. Processed my claim and I should have a replacement soon. She was awesome... I can't express how sweet Cassandra was, mentioning our pets name and birthday. Thanks for having an outstanding rep like Cassandra!
