My dog passed away today and I had just received a shipment of Adequan (arthritis meds). I called asking if I could return it. Right away I was told by the young man that I would be getting a full refund and asked that I please donate the medication. He also asked if I would like flowers or a portrait as a sign of condolence. Outstanding customer service e.

I forgot to cancel an auto-ship order and instead of having to return it, they just told me to donate it to a local animal shelter. Great customer service and doing great things to help furry friends in need!

I ordered meds for my dog about 2 1/2 weeks ago and still waiting for one of the prescription medications. I called Chewy and was told that the pharmacy didn't see that there were 2 med requests on the fax sent by my vet so they didn't ship one of them. I was assured that the pharmacy did now indeed see the 2nd med and would send it right away. I the meanwhile my vet resent the med prescription approval. Still Chewy is going back and forth with me saying they are waiting for approval from my vet. How hard is it to read email and faxes and send the meds in a timely manner?! I am taking my business elsewhere. My dog has liver disease and has one pill left! I'll have to drive out to the vet and buy the drug at 3x the cost directly from the vet.

I am so glad to have Chewy. My lab is a huge fish lol! John Wayne Duke gets lots of recurring skin allergies etc. I am at the vet more than I need to be for his yeast infection and fungal infections because he is diving lab and loves the water plain and simple. This shampoo smells amazing, its not to powerful, doesn't slap ya in the face with floral scents. So far he is good. Not itching, doesn't stink in his neck. I bought the spray also. It has a nice Lavender smell. Very Natural smelling. Read reviews for days on these products. And man I order them yesterday and I just received them the next day. Dang that was fast. Also, I used this product on my other dog which is a heiler pit bull and she gets hot spots every year. We live in Arizona which is 🔥 but VERY DRY. Marshamellow starting looking happier after her bath and yes it was just one bath but her look shows it all. So with that said you can use this on all of my breeds and mix breeds. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my puppy that I was preparing for passed away before I had the chance to bring him home. I placed a massive order with Chewy to prepare for the puppy and needed to issue a refund/return. Instead of having me send back the items, Chewy sent me a heartfelt note and issued me a full refund and asked for the items to be donated in the name of my passed puppy instead of sending the items back. I was completely taken back of how thoughtful and caring the support team was. In the future when I bring home another puppy, I'll be a forever loyal customer and advocate of Chewy.
