I just wanted to put a shout out to chewy. They sent me the wrong can dog food yesterday late afternoon. I called and they sent out the right one today. The CSR said it would be here Thursday but its already out for delivery on the truck today which is Tuesday. Thank u so much for making it right for free. I didn't even complain loudly. I don't understand some of the other reviews with the 1 or 2 stars as that was not my experience. Thank u so much. I may start a larger order with them from now on. ❤

We unfortunately had to surrender our dog, and Chewy was ABSOLUTELY incredible. They went above and beyond any customer service I've ever received - they immediately refunded the money to our card, and even told us to donate the crate to a shelter nearby. I highly recommend Chewy to anybody with a pet!

They placate but don’t solve delivery issues with FedX. They credit the account but that doesn’t put cat food in the dish or litter in the box. And do nothing when FedX dumps 2 large boxes on the wrong side of the house. Time to go back to the pet store. It’s less work!!!

Horrible. For several weeks they said they were waiting for approval from my vet, but my vet approved it immediately. Then they canceled it because it took too long to approve. Horrible incompetent morons. Don’t waste your time!

A Joke of a company. They sent my $250 order to the wrong address after the order was placed with the correct address. They sent no notification of delivery but they sure asked for a review immediately after I placed the order. Ten days after placing the order I checked the tracking of the shipment which is how I learned about their mistake. Upon calling, they apologized and agreed to resend the shipment, at no cost. Another week went by and they sent an email that the shipment was not sent out. Upon calling and speaking to an Agent, who was working from home Playing loud music in the background, he Again apologized and stated that they were waiting for a prescription approval (Flea and Tick, Heart Worm preventative medication) from the vet. The Obvious question I had was 'How the Hell did you send the first order'? Shouldn't you already have that information, to which he placed me on hold and after an inquiry said, yes. We already have it. I apologize. I will expedite the order. Never happened! Today and a week later I am getting a call from my vet asking me why Chewy keeps calling them when they have approved the prescription numerous times with them already. What a Major joke of a company. Lazy Work from home people. 1 month no medications, ridiculous waste of time, phone calls and emails.

I love Chewy.com! I am very picky with customer service, but Chewy has always went far and beyond what I expected. Our dog recently passed away, which was a very sad time for us. I forgot to cancel the auto shipment for his dog food and treats and had already arrived. I explained the situation to Chewy and they immediately gave us a refund and told us to just donate the food to charity if we want. They were even nice enough to send us beautiful roses for our loss and there was a nice handwritten note from Ashley and the team in there. My mother cried seeing this because companies rarely do this sort of thing for their customers. It felt genuine and we were very touched from the bottom of our hearts!

An autoship that I'd cancelled, shipped, leaving me with a large unexpected account debit. I received the order and called to see about a return. They admitted that it was a mistake on their end, refunded the entire amount, & let me keep my order. They didn't have to do that. Returning it would've been easy because they schedule a pickup & they dont charge for returns but the representative insisted that I keep the food. I very much appreciated that and will continue to do business with them

Making a deliver at chewy in salisbury N C. Drivers beware they are slow to unload may take 5hour or more waiting.They seem to not care about drivers so don't recommend them for future deliverys to anyone
