I purchased an automatic feeder from Chewy. It came fast and with free shipping. It worked great, but my puppy was too smart for it and figured out how to cheat it. I asked about returning it and getting a fancier model and they just refunded it completely and said to keep it. No questions asked. I had heard they had stellar customer service, but WOW, I wasn't expecting that. By far the best customer service experience I have EVER had with any company. Will definitely buy everything pet related from them for now on. And that's a lot because we have 17 pets total. Thank you CHEWY! You have a customer for life!

Be honest, your website is little bit old style. Its speed isn't fast enough. I like the service Chewy provides but I hope the website can be more attractive and modern.

I have been a customer of Chewy for 3+ years. Love their people still, but with the pandemic now everything I had on my 3 auto shipments (yes 3) is always out of stock. They emailed that they would fill regular's orders first, but that has not been the case with me. I finally cancelled 2 of my auto shipments already and am using other sites for the products I need. Sorry Chewy I really feel bad writing this review you are a wonderful company just not working for me anymore.

Myself and my fur babies have been autoship customers for over a year. The assistance, care and sense of Family is CHEWY. Autoship is great and so easy. I can change by adding or removing items. The selection is great. Whenever i get info on a product for my six babies; i immediately go to chewy. Just added purina simple goodness moist. I plan to use as a mix-in with my dogs current food. During the hight of the Covid pandemic, customer service would still take time with me to see what i needed and always asked about The Family. I love my Dogs. The prices at CHEWY allows me to do the best for them. That is invaluable!!!!!

Called on multiple occasions to order some prescription dog food. Waited a few days and contacted again and said they couldn't contact the vet which was untrue. On the third attempt they got the script and said the order was on the way and would send me tracking number. After second week and no tracking number called them again after payment from one week previous and the order still was not shipped...talked to the clerk and they had no clue as to why it wasn't shipped and asked for a supervisor and was placed on a long hold.......They will never get our business again..

Worst customer service ever. My card was declined with no explanation. Same card they have had on file for 2 years. The card is not expired Nor is it at a limit. Just used it at another store without problems. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for more than 5 minutes, live chat does not work and if you try the e mail function it just gives you a list of questions. Found Primal cat food on Amazon so I’m done with Chewy.

I just have to say thank you to Chewy.com! Both my cats are on the same Rx food. For that to change is problematic. For the first time I ran out because I couldn't find it anywhere. Since this was the first time ordering this food from Chewy.com, I needed an authorization form from my vet. After getting that in right away I was told it would be 2-3 days before it would actually ship. This was a Friday. By Sunday morning I got a message that it had shipped, and by Monday afternoon their food arrived! I never expected to get it that fast. I am so appreciative of the people at Chewy.com that made this happen! Thank you so much! Aside from that, prices are lower and shipping.in general is always quick. Great customer service! 😊😸😸

I have ordered from chewy for years. This was an order from the pharmacy placed on June 17, 2020. My vet will not verify by phone so I mailed the prescription June 18. After 2 and a half weeks of calling and sitting on hold for 45 minutes at a time and emails that were never returned, they didn't have the prescription yet. I finally went back to my vet to get copies and mailed again on July 6th. On July 11th I called again because I'm running out of meds. After listening to the pharmacy girl pass the buck and put the blame on everyone but chewy, I asked for a supervisor. She was very nice and said she would keep the order on her desk and check every day and when the prescription appeared she would expedite everything. No compensation though for all of the hassle I've already been put through. By the way my order was $284 and included non-pharmacy items. Finally in the early morning of July 16 I got an email that they had the scrip. I waited until the evening of the 17 and still no shipping email. I emailed again and asked why this order isn't shipping when the supervisor said it would be expedited. No answer to this day to yet another email. Got notification that the item shipped on the 17 after I went to bed and it was not expedited. Not coming until July 20. Today is July 20. No package. I went back on to track it and they didn't bother to get it to Fed Ex until July 19th, and now the package won't arrive until July 23rd! So ordered on June 17 and I won't get it until July 23? I've had 2 dog food orders since then, the last one of which just arrived today and was shipped AFTER this pharmacy order!! Please people, take my advice and don't use their pharmacy any more. It is a disaster. I had to go to my vet anyway to get more meds because we ran out. Why do I use Chewy pharmacy again? Oh yeah... for convenience of not having to run to the vet and wait 1 DAY to pick up my prescription! I made 3 trips there for this mess! And then no compensation! So done with them! Update...I was contacted by chewy after a comment on their Facebook page. They did credit me $100 which I appreciated, but I still will not use them. This is not a bag of dog food that I can go to a store and buy. My pets have to have their meds and I just don't trust them anymore after the way they treated me. It took a social media post! Just answer my emails!
