We recently lost our 16 year old shih tzu. The chewy staff was amazing. Not only did they return the cost of our last order (which sadly arrived the day after our fur baby passed), but they allowed us to keep the order to donate it to another fur baby. Then a few days later we received a card, a dozen colored roses and some coupons for my husband and I to use. I can’t say enough positive things about this company and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The Chewy pharmacy is very unprofessional, Undedicated, morons!!! Had a script for my dog for 7 refills of meds. Every time I went to fill it or it go out with my auto ship it was out of stock. They said they would mail when they received more. Never did, this happened 3-4 times. Went on today & they had it in stock, my refill had 480 pills left. They never sent it again!!! Talk to them & they stated I need a new script that it expired 7/20. Ok well the last 3-4 months every time I ordered it y’all didn’t have it. Then when you did you never sent it!! Now my dog can’t get her meds because of your Incompetent pharmacists. The vet I used is no longer alive & she is old & aggressive to bring to vet. That’s why she had refills from the vet. Now I’m going to have to stress her out & try to bring her to vet. I will never use chewy pharmacy again. They don’t know what they are doing, don’t live up to their words, tell you one thing & does another & feels like they don’t even care about pets or people!! They suck!!

I had a prescription for my cat in auto ship with Chewy. com. I got an email tell me it had been filled and shipped. However after days of tracking the shipment had not moved. After numerous phone calls over several days it was finally admitted to me it was a data entry error and had never been shipped at all! But there going to RUSH me the medicine right away. Days later (again) no shipment. More phone calls to try and actually get the medication. Got the shipment today and instead of the 30 pills the prescription was written for I got 3 pills!!! I had already paid for the prescription before the supposed auto ship. Now I’m having to go to vet to buy more medicine because I can’t get what I’ve already paid for! I’m at my wits end with these people. If your pet depends on medication don’t use these people. Unfortunately you can’t depend on them.

Chewy is an incredible service! You don't have to pay monthly fees for free and quick shipping like you do on Amazon. I had one experience where one of my packages from Chewy was extremely beat up and some of the contents inside were damaged. Not only did they refund my money, but they also let me keep the package so I could use the undamaged contents. Their customer service is like no other. I've had so many bad experiences lately with Amazon Prime and the customer service sucked. I just wish more companies were like Chewy. I will always order my pet products through them.

Chewy shows a loyalty to its customers that is rare in this day and age. My 13 year old coonhound passed away, and I was left with bags and boxes of leftover dog diapers, dog potty pads, and high-calorie senior dog food. I called Chewy to stop the last order and I was shocked by their kindness. 1. they refunded me for items that I had opened in the days before my dog passed. 2. when asked if and how I could return unopened items, they simply asked me to pay it forward by donating it to my local shelter to prevent me any hassle of returns, and 3. to my surprise, they sent me a bouquet of flowers for my family's loss within 48 hours! This is an incredibly caring company who I will recommend to all!

In 2020, along with the pandemic and all its side effects I have lost two beloved animals this year; a boxer named Gracie at 9-1/2 years and a sweet Chihuahua named Bailey at 15-1/2 years. I informed Chewy (Noah) that I would not be needing the small disposable belly bands for Bailey any more and I had forgotten to cancel them off my auto-ship. It was immediately handled with sympathy and my account was credited for belly bands I had ordered in April and could no longer use. Okay, I thought WOW, good customer service. But the absolute epitome of customer service is when you receive flowers and a sympathy card from them for your loss(es). Thank you Chewy.com for your excellent, sympathetic and outstanding customer service and thanks Noah for being such a blessing to their customers.

We had to put our dog down over the weekend. We had an upcoming Chewy order set up and we weren’t sure if it was too late to cancel it or not. Our order was canceled and Mitchell sent our family a bouquet of flowers to show their condolences. Thank you so much!

I’ve always been a loyal customer with Chewy, for over three years now. My dog food is on auto ship every 6 weeks, same food.....every time. Did not receive any notification that my food was out of stock. When we found out it was out of stock we picked a brand that had somewhat of the ingredients that Royal Canin has listed. Incredibly we were charged for shipping?! Out of my dog food for 3 months and you charge me for shipping?! Canceled my orders with Chewy and went to Amazon. Better price and Amazon always comes through.
