I established a standing order with Chewy.com in March 2020, and I recently received my 4th shipment. So far, the ordering/shipment/payment processes have been super easy, very reliable, and quite economical. Adjusting the standing order is a simple process, taking less than 1 minute of my time. I no longer need to drive around town to find the products I use; Chewy sends them exactly as I have ordered. They arrive on time, and in good condition. I couldn't be more pleased.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I have used Chewy quite often for dog food and various other items. I recently received an item that had previously been opened and used and missing instructions. One call to customer service and it was immediately taken care of. A new item was shipped out and I received it very quickly. Thanks Chewy!

Horrible day 5 and my order is still saying it's in a local FedEx facility FOR 2 DAYS NOW! I wish this company would get it together and choose a different carrier! Just a heads up its easier to order directly from your favorite pet store! CHEWY.COM is EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE

I ordered Sentinel Sepctrum at Chewy online on June 19 and provided all required information to include our dog’s birth date, breed, weight and veterinarian details. They sent email a few days after saying they could not get hold of our vet so I called them on July 2 to let them know that I am going to send them the original paper prescription. On July 6, I got an email that my order is being processed. But two days after, I started getting email again that they could not contact our vet again. I called Chewy to clarify the order status and after several minutes on hold, rep said they found the prescription and will process my order. On July 15, I received an email saying my order was cancelled cause they cannot contact our vet. I called Chewy again to straighten everything up. The rep mentioned that the price increased but made an override to change it to the original price. He finally got the order processed correctly this time cause a few days after, I got a tracking number. I received the box on July 18 but it was all crumpled up. It was received by FedEx that way as there is a sticker that notes that condition. Even the boxes of Sentinel Spectrum were crumpled up. Good thing the tablets themselves are still wrapped securely. The entire process is unacceptable. I will never order from Chewy again.

So before I had to put my sweet Jasmine Kitty to sleep I had ordered her a new Drinking Water Fountain from Chewy. (This was my very first order with Chewy) Unfortunately the fountain arrived the day jasmine passed away so I contacted Chewy to see how I could return it. The following day I received a email from them saying how sorry they were to hear about our fur baby and that they did not want me to return it, that they would credit the full amount and asked that I just donate my items to a local shelter. Well today I got home and these beautiful flowers arrived for me. Guess who they were from?? They were from Kenneth - Chewy.com I am shocked and excited to know that there are people and companies out there that still care! Please do all your pet shopping with Chewy.com because they are truly the best!

I ordered a dog muzzle, sort of guessing on the size. It fit, but clearly wouldn't fit for long since my pooch is growing fast. So I thought I would chat with Chewy and exchange it for a larger size. In less than 30 seconds, I think, they had refunded my credit card, added the larger size to my cart (with free shipping), and offered to complete the checkout or if I preferred I could do it later. I need something else for the dog, so I will complete it myself. Said I don't need to return the muzzle and I could donate it to a local shelter. It's a win-win-win in my book. Have to say that I am beyond impressed. Prices are fair, service is amazing. What more could you ask for?

I have always enjoyed the prices and the easy of the auto order. Anyway, I ordered my cat a different kind of cat food for variety, she hated it. I wrote to chewy and explained what happened and how do I return one of the boxes since the other box was opened. BTW the two boxes cost over $60 dollars. They told me not to worry that they would refund me the entire amount and that I could keep the boxes and donate them. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you Chewy!!!

I started getting auto shipments that were very inexpensive every 2 weeks. The last one went up quite a lot without my knowledge, because I authorized a certain amount to be paid and they put on more than I authorized. I called Chewy and the representative said that it was not their fault and that their supplier raised the rates. I asked him why I wasn't told before the shipment left their warehouse...he fumbled over his words. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY...will not deal with them again.
