They have amazing customer service. I've had to return several items, but they never ask me to ship them back. They immediately issue a refund and tell me to keep the items or donate them. They're also the only company I've ever received a Christmas card from. They really value their customers.

Chewy is always the best when handling my pets needs. But they went way beyond today and sent me a beautiful gift of a painting of my 2 babies. I am so thankful. Thank you so much for making my day chewy!

Some of my order came damaged. I called Chewy right away and they are replacing the damaged product immediately. The lady I talked to was so nice and apologetic that I had a problem. I am really impressed. Things happen sometimes, it's nice to know they will take care of it quickly, efficiently and without any hassle.

I foster cats for Orphan Angels and when I was placing an order for cat litter I accidentally added a cat stand as well. By the time I noticed the stand had already been shipped, so I contacted Chewy to request a refund. I received an email today from one of their customer service reps Roxanna M. She told me that the refund had been issued back to me and that instead of me sending the stand back to rather donate it to a local shelter. That is just AMAZING service and this was donated to another local cat foster for Orphan Angels.

I could not be more pleased with the customer service from Chewy. Our lab recently passed away, and after informing the customer service rep that we no longer needed auto ship for her heart meds, she said she could refund the money for the recent medications we received. I didn’t even ask, and didn’t expect it. She was so nice and said how sorry she was for our loss. The next day my wife sends me a picture of flowers they sent for our loss. I was blown away by both gestures. This type of customer service is beyond rare in today’s world. I’m glad we still have some auto ship food items set up for our other animals we buy for, so we can continue to support Chewy!

Love the Chewy concept but really tired of the crappy customer service. They screw up 50% of the time. Though I have auto ship I have not seen 2 shipping day service in more than a year. They charge my credit card, but I don't seen the order for a week sometimes. I only get notified that the order is shipping half the time, so I usually have to pick up dog food at the store. Kinda defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I tried to move up the auto ship so not to run out, but it always defaults back to the original time frame. They make me CRAZY.

I talked to a gal from Chewy names Fallon. I had just received the monthly box of foi d and treats. Unfortunately, my St. Bernard died Sat. Just 11 th. I told her about about our Choke and she was absolutely knew what I was feeling! She returned the money for the order. Yes, I will donate it to Halo Arizona rescue. Today I received flowers from Chewy. Not very happy but the thought was appreciated. I would have a donation made instead. Thanks, Chewy! We used them for years! Trish McMillan Phoenix, AZ
