I can't speak highly enough about Chewy.com. I was having my dogs medicine shipped to Florida and it was not going to arrive in time of my departure so Chewy offered to send it to my home address free of charge so my dog would not be without. Last week my dog passed away and Chewy refunded me the cost of the prescription that had just been delivered and in addition sent flowers for the loss of my dog. I have never had such outstanding customer service from a company. More companies need to follow in there example of how to treat a customer. Thank you Chewy.

Cats are picky little eating fluff balls. Chewy's refunded my money, reached out and let me know that they would be happy to assist me in finding a food that she would like. I'm shocked, I didn't ask for a refund, didn't even really give the product a bad review, but a 'meh'.

They tell you FREE 1-3 DAY SHIPPING!! I placed an order on 7/25. Got an email that 'my order has shipped' on 7/25. Estimated arrival on 7/31. I sent them a message asking about why it's 6 days instead of 3 - NO RESPONSE in 3 days. Then I open chat to ask what's going on and I get a very snarky response about how 'well, we actually don't ship on days besides M-F'... even though there's no mention on their website. And they told me it was 'shipped' on Saturday. If you tell me it shipped, then it should be 1-3 days from that time. False advertising and poor customer service.

I ordered a prescription for my dog a week ago. I never heard anything to date. I called Chewy and prder had not been placed as they did not have correct vet number. I asked why they didn’t call me? No response, no apology! Be ware as now I have no meds for my dog and will have to pay addn money for meds today. I am switching to 1 800 Pet Meds.

I can not thank Chewey enough. My precious Mot passed away last week. I contacted Elizabeth at Chewey to find out what I could do with his prescription food. Elizabeth refunded me all the money and told me to donate his food when I was ready. Then to my surprise beautiful roses were sent to me in Mots honor. So heart warming and the best customer service I have ever received.

Not happy with last encounter. Received my Prairie Dog Smokehouse Jerky. I ordered two of the 15 ounce bags for 18.99 each. (still showing on their website). I received 2- 4 ounce bags and was charged 22.00 each. when I called, it was as if I was a criminal and had to ask for a manager because the first person said the 4 ounces for $22 is still on the website. Not even thinking of how stupid that sounded. When I told the manager that Amazon has the 4 ounce for 7.99- and the 15 ounce bag for $19.99 I was told that Amazon is a totally different company and their pricing is different. I asked her if it made sense that 4 ounces of jerky is $22.00. She put me on hold and came back about 20 minutes later and said: there is a pricing issue and we will refund your $48. Interestingly, it is still on the website. So beware of what you are purchasing. I should not have had to argue nor wait on hold until they got their act together. I just ordered the 15 ounce bags on Amazon

Their 1 or 2 day shipping (over $50) is a lie. All of my orders are over $100 and numerous time my shipping will be 5 days. When they split your single order out of two distribution centers and one is on the other coast. They will ship ground. Wake up Chewy, if your combined order is over $50; everything needs to be 1 or 2 days. Not ground 5+ days later.

I have always been impressed with how fast I get my orders and with the experiences I've had with Chewy's Customer Service. They are empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently lost my beloved cat (companion for 14 years) and about a week later I received a beautiful bouquet and sympathy card from Chewy. So surprising and appreciated! I can't tell you how touched I was from that thoughtful gesture. It just cemented how I already felt about this company.
