We have used Chewy for many years now, in part because of their incredible customer service. Twice in COVID times, when there was a problem with our order they were prompt and super generous in their response - whether it was about rerouting an order, correcting an auto ship issue, or getting a refund. I've never had a more positive relationship with an online provider than with Chewy. They really are great!

I've been using Chewy for years for my fancy organic cat food. Chewy is the best in service and match the price of some giant sites I prefer not to patronize. If you are having a service issue in these trying times give Chewy a break and hopefully things will be back to normal soon.

We have ordered several times at chewy. Both auto ship and additional orders. Shipping is fast and reliable. Last week I left a not so good review on a toy we bought for our dog. Today we received an email from customer service that they are going to refund us (we didn't even ask for one) and some recommendations for other toys. That's what I call outstanding service!

My dad ordered cat food through chewy on Monday. He canceled the order on Wednesday explaining to them we lost Kitty the night before. They couldn't cancel the delivery but did refund him the money and told him he could donate the food to an animal shelter. Yesterday we received flowers and a sweet note from Chewy for the passing away of Kitty. That's how you run a business and care for your customers.

UPDATE BELOW DentaLife Dental Cat Treats (Purina) I started buying these when they were sold in a tub. DentaLife Savory Salmon Flavor Dental Cat Treats, 13.5-oz canister Autoship & Save - 5% off $4.93 Then they stopped selling them in the tub. So I bought them at $1.72 for a 1.8 oz bag.. NOW they want $3.91 cents for the same 1.8 oz bag. Something is wrong here, or maybe it's just GREED. Update I was blaming the wrong company. It's Purina who is the greedy one. They tripled the price on Purina dentalife treats. Not Chewy's fault. They received an increase, and had raise the price. Not only them. Everyone who sells the product had an increase. Sorry Chewy.

Im very happy with company, they are very kind and they care about their customers and our furry friends. I just received flowers today from them, my loyal friend Alpha(great dane) passed away from a bloat , I called last week to cancel the heart worms medication and they surprised me today with flowers and a card. Thank you, for caring about our pets they became part of our family and is very hard when they leave our side.
