I’ve always loved their service and how fast they are but holy cow! I had an order shipped and delivered but I never saw the package. I messaged them and within 5 hours they responded with “a replacement package is on its way” I open the door the very next day and BOOM the new package is there. I hope this company doesn’t change their customer service effort. It’s nice to see a company actually care about their customers for once

I just had the most touching, phenomenal experience with a business that I have ever had. I have to reach out and share this with others so that everyone will know that this company has a heart. I have been using the Autoship feature at Chewy.com for awhile and have been having some problems with forgetting to cancel things I have too much of. However, this became a real problem when my elderly cat passed and I suddenly had all her medications and diapers arrive at the house 2 weeks later. I contacted Chewy to see how to return just these items and informed them about my kitty. They refunded the entire $350 order and sent me a very nice note. Imagine my surprise today though when a lovely bouquet of flowers arrived at my door! "Condolences at the loss of your dear kitty".

I ordered wet and dry cat food and a toy for my fur baby yesterday. It was delivered this morning! Wow, am I impressed. I was surprised to see a wonderful selection of wild bird seed. I'll be placing my order in the near future.

Had a delivery of dog food that said it arrived at my house and hadn't. The great people at Chewy.com replaced order and expedited shipping. Thank you so much. Great company and I am a loyal customer.

Chewy doesn’t even deserve one star they stole my money and are telling me they can’t process my order a month later. $40.00 and these people think they can just take my money. They confirmed my order too this is not right at all. I’m so furious I’d like my money back to buy my dogs food by myself I’m never using chewy ever again this was my first time use experience.

Pharmacy cannot seem to just file my dogs rx even if I don't need the order just yet, this has happened 2x & im a new customer. Horrible customer experience & just canceled all current and future orders with this company.

I bought a harness for my puppy and it wasn't what I expected when I received it. I sent an email requesting to return that item and buy a different one. Within 24 hours, they had processed my return & refund, placed the order for the different item, and waived the shipping charges. Not only that - but they didn't ask me to return the original harness - they said to DONATE it to a local animal rescue or shelter. This is the best customer service I've ever had. They've made a loyal customer out of me for sure!

I had my dogs food on autoship. This month has been really tight financially so I canceled my autoship. Well they had shipped out my order and charged my card for over $61. I called and explained the situation. She said she would process a refund. She never informed me that it would take 3-5 days. Needless to say I received no food (it was rerouted) and no refund within 2-3 days. Being currently unemployed I don't have extra money to buy my 4 dogs food. I had to cook the little food I had left for the month for them in order for them to eat. I finally got a refund this morning. Horrible experience with them.
