I have used Chewy for years and have always received my products quickly and as expected. The couple of order problems I have had were handled easily by a cheery service person. 100% satisfaction I am shocked by some of the reviews about customer service. I guess there is always one bad apple. I rarely write reviews and Chewy is amazing and I wanted to let you know you can trust your pet in their hands.

I've used Chewy for quite a few years now, and unfortunately, it's going downhill. They don't use any protective packaging in the boxes. I have had a few occurrences of receiving canned food where the lids had been opened. One box even had maggots everywhere in the box. They don't care how heavy the package is either. They put in a 28# box of kitty litter with other items. Again, just a mess in the box. Also, they don't list in the description if the items were made in China. I won't buy anything made in China.

I’m not one to write a review but I don’t want anyone to have the experience we did. If you are like us and your pets are like your children DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHEWYS WHEN IT COMES TO PET MEDS!!!. After our vet stopped carrying sentinel a flea and tick preventative we tried to order from Chewy’s. A month later and several calls with “I don’t know” or “we haven’t heard back from your vet” to “we don’t know where your order is” we gave up! They are either incompetent, lazy or just don’t care when it comes to your pet! Avoid the frustration and Go anywhere else but them as we used 1800 pet meds.

Would not work with FedEx to fix their delivery address. FedEx kept delivering to the wrong address somewhere and they said the company (Chewy) who has the account needed to contact them. After speaking with Chewy, they promised to fix it but I never heard anything back and no packages ever arrived. If they are not willing to make sure you get your product after you give them money, then what good is customer service? My pets would rather have had the delivery than the refund.

This is my second time purchasing at Chewy.com for a horse-related order. I placed the order yesterday afternoon and according to the tracker, it's out for delivery today. That's quite the turnaround! I assume that the warehouse was only a state or two over but it's pretty impressive that they're processing and shipping my order same-day. They also have great prices on a LOT of horse items (and horse items tend to be very expensive) and they do offer free shipping over a certain amount and I was NOT charged for freight shipping which was awesome (would be at least $20 in freight from other companies I looked at for a 10lb item). Very happy with my purchases.

I have used chewy for years for my dogs seizure medicine. I have always received great service and prompt shipments. I moved and forgot to give them my new address. I made a order through paypal for 80 dollars. Unfortunately it went to my old address on file at chewy. I called them and they sent me another order for free. I eventually got my order that was shipped to the wrong address and chewy told me I could keep it. Wow what more could you expect!

Terrible service, they don't seem to care if medicine goes out in time. They totally dropped the ball for my last auto-ship order. They did not send my dog's medicine on auto-ship. I reached out a few days after they were supposed to ship because I thought it was strange. The first person manually processed the order, then lied about having the prescription, then just disconnected after saying there was a glitch and ignored my questions. A couple of days later, a different customer service person said they never had the prescription and there is no way to accelerate the process or shipment and promptly disconnected ignoring my questions. The next day, a third representative put a note in to accelerate the process (which apparently is an option after all) and was very nice, to his credit. Best case scenario, I get the medicine about two weeks late. At this point, I just need to go out and buy the medicine at Petco or something so it's not late. Do not trust this company for important things like medication, they drop the ball and they don't seem to care. A multi-billion dollar company can do what they want and lose a few customers I guess.
