Horrible customer service! Actually there is no service at all . I ordered same food I used to order last year. Not sure why this time it arrived with little size like for the puppies while on the bag clearly written “adult” . I called and the customer service told me “ after speaking with my leader , you need to call to manufacture and speak with them . When I said that I paid to you .... the customer service said “ we are distributing only “... very disappointing!

Always loved Chewy until recently. THE PHARMACY does NOT fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Even with the prescription on file, it takes approximately a week to receive the medication. Customer service is either giving me false information or the pharmacy is providing false information. They have the prescription and they have the medication but I have been given different explanations each time I called as to why the medication had not been shipped and to no avail. If you need your prescription quickly (less than a week and that's it with them having the prescription on file), do not rely on Chewy!! I made the mistake twice because of my past history with them. Well, things have changed at Chewy!

I had an autoship order that I canceled months before. Out of the blue several months later I get charged for this which caused a gee from my bank. Was assured I would receive a refund. Have not and all I get is the run around. Have spent hours on the phone with then trying to get this resolved and cannot. So disgusted with them!!

On Aug 23 2020, I ordered pain pills for my dog who is in great pain. I believe the Chewy add said it ships in several days. I found through Chewy, that I could get the pills she needs much cheaper ..we are on SS and don't have a lot of extra money. I had enough pills to get me through a couple days ..so I convinced my vet to let me get the pills elsewhere. It's now 8 days since the order was placed with Chewy and I just got a text from Fed Ex that delivery was bumped up from Aug 30 to the now, Sept 3 date. I FEEL NOW I am going to have to call my vet and ask for more pills. I feel that Chewy should not advertise shipment in 3 days if they can't provide it.

It’s so rare in this day and age to find a company with a heart. Chewy has the biggest heart. Upon The passing of 1 of my fur babies, I contacted Chewy to ask for a refund on 1bottle of her medication, I had recently purchased 2 bottles 1 was opened the other not. Chewy refunded the cost of both bottles and didn’t request the unopened one back. I donated all the meds to a local shelter. The next day, a flower arrangement was delivered to me from Chewy. What company does this? Chewy does this, this company cares about people and animals. If you don’t shop here yet, you should. I will forever be a customer. Thank you Chewy.

I love Chewy they are the best company around. I lost my Shepherd 2 months ago and I called Chewy to take his food off auto ship. Not only did they take it off they refunded the money from the last bag I bought and told me to donate it to a shelter. They sent me flowers on the passing of my Shepherd as well, I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I just bought 2 dog beds and they aren’t going to work so I called and they told me to donate them and refunded my money for those. Do NOT listen to ANY bad reviews this company is wonderful I only buy from them because I love them and they have been great to me..

I called Chewy to cancel a prescription order that had just shipped, due to my dog passing away earlier in the day. Of course at that point I did not care about my refund I just could not bare to receive a package for my little one that was no longer with me. The customer service representative was very understanding and cancelled it. Two days later the company sent me flowers/roses in a vase with a card letting me know to reach out if I needed anything. This company really cares about their customers. It was very heart warming during a difficult time.
