To all pet owners...DO NOT USE CHEWY FOR FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS! I have waited over a week to have medication shipped to me and it never got shipped. First I was told 4 days after I ordered it that they hadn’t sent the request to my vet yet so they immediately sent it and my vet responded that day. 2 days later it still hadn’t shipped so I called again and was told that they only had just gotten the authorization and when I tried to correct them they argued with me. That same day they told me they would overnight the medication to me that day. Now 2 days later it still hadn’t shipped and I hadn’t heard from them so I call again and speak to a supervisor who informs me the they are now out of stock of the medication and it is on back order from the manufacturer! When was I going to be told this after I had previously informed them how badly I needed the medication for my pet!! Worst service I have ever had...will never use them for anything ever again! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Chewy I’m really disappointed and saddened with you guys thanks for flowers but that’s not enough.. I made sure I screenshot your website so you couldn’t say that it was on there when it’s not. I took my cat to the vet Wednesday they said she is a diabetic so I order the medicine on Thursday from you guys. Just for my cat to die on Sunday because the medicine still was not here. I had to call you to ask why the medicine didn’t get sent out y’all approved the medicine Monday days late. A lady answer the phone and said y’all ONLY DELIVER ON MONDAY-WEDNESDAY. No where on your website do it say that then tell me y’all are behind and your sorry for my lost . If I would have knew that I wouldn’t have ordered from you I would have went somewhere else. I had her since she was 1yrs old and she was 11yrs old that was my daughter. I’m Beyond hurt and disappointed

I contacted customer service with regard to a product that arrived damaged. The customer service was excellent, and problem was resolved immediately. More importantly, the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant, friendly, lighthearted and knowledgeable. We talked about our love for animals, he just made my night! I will continue to order from them, based solely on the conversation and personal attention I received.

In all of my years, I have never had this type of amazing customer service. I ordered a bag of prescription kidney diet dog food for our 15 year old dachshund. He was in kidney failure. Unfortunately, a week after placing the order, we had to put our dog down. I emailed Chewy and asked if there was any way I could return the unopened bag. I received an immediate response that they would credit my account for the dog food, and asked that I donate it to a local pet shelter. Reggie also included the most beautiful poem in honor of our dog. I will be a customer of Chewy for LIFE!!

Ordered my Typical $100-$150 6 week Auto-Ship supply of dog food and pet needs. Like I've been doing for 5 years. Guaranteed delivery on Monday with tracking info... Never showed. Guaranteed delivery on Tuesday with Fed Ex tracking number. "Out for delivery" never showed. Guaranteed delivery Wednesday with Fed Ex tracking number... Out for delivery... Never showed. It's Thursday and the cycle is the same... Chewy Customer Service does not know how to handle this. I got up and went to the grocery before work this morning so I could feed my dogs. I asked that the order be cancelled and refunded. They actually told me to wait for the order, drive it to a fed ex facility and send it back lol!!! And the refund would be issued 7-10 business days after their warehouse receives the shipment back?! When I responded that that wouldn't work, they told me to leave work and post a note on my door refusing the order? Hello?! Regardless... This has gone back and forth all day with numerous emails and them giving me instructions on how to send the order I've never received back to them and my refund will be based on them receiving the missing order... Kind of sad they are going to resell this premium dog food that's been dying in the summer heat in the back of a box truck all week! I've cancelled my auto ships and will no longer be a lazy auto shipment customer of Chewy. See ya to Petsmart as well... Guess they don't want my $1000 plus per year.

I had to but my 1 year old kitty, Oreo, to sleep last week. Iam devastated. I had him since he was 4 weeks old. He had bad kidneys and it was in his best interest to let him go. I had a auto ship subscription with chewy and has received an order a day or two after he passed. I called chewy asking to return the items and to cancel my auto ship. I told them about Oreo and they were so helpful. They not only gave me full refunds but told me to keep and donate that stuff I received. Then to my surprise they sent me a beautiful flower arrangement with a card telling me how sorry they were. I just want anyone ready this to know how wonderful they are as a company.

They went above and beyond. I made a mistake and stopped and auto ship too late. I even filed a complaint thru PayPal and lost. They overrode all of that and called me twice to say they would refund me. They stopped one shipment on the truck and told me to keep the litter free of charge!! What company does that???? They rock!!!!!! So awesome and when my finances get a little better I will be a great customer again!!! Thank you Chewy!!!

We have been ordering from Chewy for years, and have always been happy until recently. Recently, it has been a nightmare. Every auto ship now I get 'payment declined' messages. I call in, and the rep. says, ' hmmm, don't know why, everything looks fine.' Then, the price of the dog food jumps $10! It has been the same price for literally YEARS, and no notification, just $10 more. I called in, they said, 'it depends on how much it costs us at the time.' What? Why not alert your customer about a price shift from $42 to $52 - BEFORE the auto ship goes out? Put in a pharmacy order - they kept saying the vet hadn't confirmed - contacted our vet, they had faxed it 4 times. I had to tell Chewy if you can't find the fast, CALL THE VET. The response was, 'oh, yeah, we could do that.' I think I will have to switch, because now instead of being a convenience, it is an enormous headache each month. If this was just a one time incident, no problem. But bad service has been going on for 4 months now.
