Chewy’s will forever have my business. Last week I called to cancel an auto order after my beloved Coby passed and they gave me a full refund. The food still came, free of charge. I’ll be donating that to the local shelter. Today, I come home to a bouquet from them, in condolence of my Baby Boy. It meant the world to me. What a way to care for your customer. They will exclusively get my business from here on out. ❤️

My beloved dog died unexpectedly in her sleep— right after I had ordered her a new dog bed from Chewy. I called and asked about cancelling my order but it had been shipped. I offered to send it back because I never even opened the box. They were very kind and explained but they could not take it back because of the pandemic. They refunded my money anyway and told me to give the bed—an over $100 value— to a local shelter in memory of my dog. Then today a floral arrangement featuring yellow roses arrive from Chewy with a sweet note of comfort. I have cats and support several animal shelters and rescues. Chewy will be getting all my business going forward. God bless you for your kindness!

My dog passed recently and I had purchased supplements and medication from chewy that was never got to use. They are amazing to deal with they gave me a refund plus sent me flowers with a note. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I ordered medication for my kitten from Chewy. I ordered the wrong weight/strength for my animal so the vet had me call and correct that with Chewy. That part went okay because they answered (By phone) quickly, but the operator seemed confused. Yet, he assured me he corrected the order. Then I waited a few days and the confirmation email nor the medicine ever came. I called to follow up and see where my order was but the operator this time said oh yes it was just recently ordered... I asked, did you do it just now-? And he admitted yes! I said this is a problem because my cat needs this medication ASAP and I was met with silence- no apology or anything- just total silence. Just at the end a generic “have a good day.” 😤 It was very frustrating, he could really not care less. Then I checked my balance and they charged me the full price, no discount I was promised for auto delivery. In total: a terrible experience. I would NEVER RECOMMEND CHEWY. I don’t think they really even care about animals. If they did, they’d have people that express concern over their mistakes when ordering my kitten’s medicine.

Maggots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been a customer for at least two years. My orders ranged between $400-500+ bimonthly and when cans usually arrived dented they would always replace them. My Last $ 500 order was an experience I'll never forget. One of the cases of canned Organix dog food was so destroyed, maggots were crawling all around the inside of the case of 12 , and on my hand and wrist! I sent them a photo and letter via snail mail and also mentioned 9 other cans from another case were destroyed. I was down 21 cans and only received 12 - no apology - no appropriate compensation. Bye Chewys -- you lost a good customer!

Love Chewy.. I use the auto ship, but go in and have it sent as I need it.. so haven’t had to rely on auto ship but get the discounted price anyway. I have had wonderful customer service, if something was left out of my order or even when my dog didn’t like something. The item was sent no questions asked, and I was reimbursed for the item she didn’t like and told to give the rest away. I posted a photo of my girl on my profile, and the day before my birthday two years ago.. they sent me a small painting of my pet as a thank you for being a repeat customer. I love that they stand behind their products and go the extra mile. Most shipments arrive in two days, but with some of the challenges in the states right now.. a delay is acceptable. The fires have caused delays for me from other retailers as have the pandemic.. I always try to give an extra week for these delays for items like dog food and meds.

I ordered from Chewy for the first time the other day, and the ordering process was absolutely wonderful. However, the (big name) company they use to ship their products through delivered my package to the wrong address. After attempting to contact the shipping company, I finally just called chewy. They were so helpful and immediately took care of me by resending my full order free of charge. They did all the work for me and even express shipped my package. I’m so thankful and I will definitely be using them again.
