Hands down the best customer support I’ve encounter in a long time. I spoke with Gail who was very understanding, polite, had great energy, and made me feel like I was speaking with a friend. I didn’t feel as though I was speaking with a typical customer service representative. Gail was outstanding and extremely helpful. I’ve dealt with a lot of shipments being delayed from the effects of COVID-19. Most of the customer service departments I’ve dealt with during this time have been allowing this stressful situation to affect how they speak to customers. Not Chewy though. Chewy’s customer support team is fantastic and the Chewy brand is always thinking of my pets. Even from the little birthday cards we get in the mail every year. Thank you Chewy team! -Ashley A.

We used Chewy for over 2 years. Once during that time we received a damaged box full of our cat’s food and called Chewy to tell them. They replaced the damaged box with no hassle. Just last week our beloved cat of 15 years went to live with the Lord. I called Chewy to discontinue the auto delivery. Today a bouquet of flowers appeared at our door from them sharing their sympathy for our loss. There are always problems with a delivery service, but in our book Chewy is the best!

I ordered my stuff over a week ago, they sent me an email saying it shipped and would be here on the 18th and nothing. I chatted with someone from Fed Ex gave the the tracking # and was told they were still waiting for chewy to give the package to them. I called Chewy customer service and was told they would ship it out that day. I checked on it and it still hasn't been shipped. They guaranteed that it would be shipped in 3 days it's been over a week and they still haven't shipped it. This is my first and last time ordering from them.

I am writing this review for my parents , I have to say chewy has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for them ! There dog passed away shorty after receiving her food they had ordered, they called to see if they could return it for a credit, not only did they refund there money chewy told them to just donate the food to an animal shelter AND THEY SENT FLOWERS to offer there condolences, I personally think that was the sweetest thing in the world, thank you chewy you are appreciated and will always have the business from our family and friends!

This week I received my order for 2-14 lb. bags of cat litter, 1-6 lb. bag of cat food and some toys that totaled a little more than $53. I am 71 years old, I live on the 3rd floor of any apartment bldg, and I am not suppose to leave my apt unless absolutely necessary because of this pandemic. My instructions are clearly stated on the label showing on the box delivered to leave by apartment door. Fedex person got access to my building from someone else and completely disregarded my instructions and left my 34 lb box downstairs under the mail box. When I called Chewy and complained the response was "well can't you get a neighbor to bring the box up for you". Really?? Because the Fedex person chose to ignore the explicit instructions on the label I have to inconvenience a neighbor to help me with this large box? When I told Chewy that I feel I should be compensated for this inconvenience and mentioned that I am considering telling my bank to reverse the charge, his response was, "You can tell call your bank, but we are not refunding you anything" and he hung up on me. Then a supervisor called me Saturday morning to tell me that they filed a complaint against Fedex but they were informed that a Fedex driver would not be able to come back and bring my package up to my door and, once again, asked if I had a neighbor who could do it for me and that at this time they cannot compensate me for this situation. If you have an older or disabled person in your life that you love and care about and they use Chewy for any of their animals needs, and if they have experienced what I have even once, they should be encourage to not use Chewy again. There are other, more reliable and customer-oriented services available that do a much better job in handling these kinds of situations. I had not used Chewy in awhile and thought I would give them a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!

I having been buying my cat’s diabetic food for about 8 months now. Shipments have always on time. Unfortunately I had to have the cat put down due to medical issues. I called chewy to cancel the auto shipment and told the girl why. The next day I had a delivery of flowers sent to my home saying they were sorry for the loss. This company has gone above and beyond to please their customers and I thank them very much Dan Thibault

I ordered pills for my dog, a week ago, the vet gave the approval the second day and after a week my order is still preparing to be sent. I will NEVER order on Chewy.

Placed a large order yesterday of dog and cat products at 11:08 am and was delivered today at 5:02pm. Simply incredible. Great Fair Price with Lightening Fast Shipping. Highly Highly Recommend !!!
