Chewy is awesome! They have the best customer service, great prices and a great selection. I placed an order and forgot to check the shipping address. My order was shipped to my mom in Louisiana instead of Seattle, where I live at. Just got off the phone with Suzy and she let me know they would send my order free of charge to the correct address and if my mom could not use what she got in error, she can donate it to a shelter in her area! I will definitely continue to give Chewy my business. Thank you Chewy for making things easy in a world where everything seems so hard!

Please understand that this was an isolated incident and hopefully the customer service rep gets the training he needs to properly help customers in the future. I purchased 2 items and 1 was being prepared to be shipped; when I asked where the second half of my order was...the customer service agent said, "I don't know what to tell you". My concern was that I hadn't received an update or email about part 2 of my order. A supervisor got on the line at my request and offered me 15% off on my next purchase but immediately told me that he could not add it to my account I just had to call back and tell them his name and that he offered me 15% off. If it were that easy don't you think everyone would do that Mr. Supervisor? Everyone in this world is not honest so please lets find a better way to give customers discounts on future purchases (this was not a good look), please do better or you will lose this loyal customer; been one since 2004.

Chewy has the best customer service possible. Every rep I've spoken with has been EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. This company has competitive prices and genuinely cares about people and animals. I have needed to return a grooming kit (we were afraid to hurt our dog so didn't use it) and some food that we didn't need after our dog died, and we were told to donate both to our local shelter. I can't praise them enough.

very confusing how to get prescriptions to them. My vet tried twice, chewy said they never got it and canceled my order. I mailed it in and the next day said they recieved it (which is not possible) and that I could order it. I ordered it and something else by mistake so I canceled my order. Went to try and order again and said it needed a new prescription. I've spent a great deal of time playing mediator between chewy and my vet and on emails with various chewy representatives who all say something to the effect of it'll get figured out once they receive the prescription I mailed in (which is fine but then don't tell me that you can't take prescriptions via email or fax when it says so on the order form and doesn't say differently on the website. And don't send me an email saying I can order when I can't). I requested a representative call me and they only respond with something similar to "give your fur babies extra scratches"; really? Just clearly communicate and fill the prescription! After this prescription is filed (because I need asap and the vet doesn't have in stock), I will be highly considering using another service. I was drawn to chewy for their prices and supposedly easy to use. Only reason didn't give 1 star is they did respond quickly.

This was my first time ordering from Chewy, I got my tracking info and was not expecting my items until tomorrow - but they came today! WOWZERS! Thanks for getting them to me so fast!!

We tried to use Chewy to give a gift. It is not set up for giving a gift. You CANNOT send a note with the gift. You CANNOT have them delete the cost of the item for the shipping invoice. When I sent them complaint/suggestion, I received a canned response calling me the person to whom I sent the gift not the name I had signed the complaint/suggestion and nothing indicated that anyone had read my note at all.

I don't understand why but Chewy cannot ship orders correctly to save their lives. I have gotten other peoples orders a couple times and not recieved my own orders a couple of times. It's seriously the most frustrating thing and it's supposed to make things easier.

Chewy is one of the best companies out there. Superior customer service. They don’t advertise it but orders are usually here the next day! My Pugs love Chewy. Ps. I also received a hand painted Painting on canvas of one of my Pugs! As a gift. Never heard of such a thing. Apparently there is an artist who does this from time to time. They also sent me flowers when One of my other Pugs passed away!!!! What company does that!! Btw I only order maybe 2-3 times a month and they still treat us like queens!
