I will never make a purchase through Chewy.com ever again. Telling me my dog food order is on hold until my dog’s next vet visit is absolutely ridiculous!! Chewy just lost a long time customer! 😡

Great company. Received my order in less than 24 hrs. Everything was just as I expected. Will recommend to everyone with pets.

I've begun to hate this place. Website is funky. Just as I start to shop site redirects. Shipping has become erratic. No one could find the prescription my vet faxed. Put an item in the cart and could not remove it as there was no option to change the quantity from 1 to 0 or to delete the item. Had to call Customer Service to get item removed Tried to order dog food and they are out of it. Chewy just doesn't work for me any more.

Fantastic company! Even if the price is the same, you won't have to leave your home to go pick the item(s) up and if something goes wrong with it, Chewy has the best customer service so it'll be fixed right away.

Absolutely the best!! Orders are always so fast and it's very easy!! I ordered dog food that came with a hole. I wrote to just say that it wasnt packaged great and they responded only a couple hours later with a replacement bag on the way!! I'm so impressed! #foreverchewy

They are a great company with a lot of products available. They also care about their customers. We lost a dog after 16 1/2 years and Nuno from Chewy sent flowers expressing their sympathy. It was so touching! Vivian

I have been purchasing dog food from Chewy.com for many years and have always been delighted with their service. Yesterday I had to call them and cancel my auto ship because I had to put my Gracie down on Monday. Today the doorbell rang and I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy.com! It was a lovely and touching surprise. Now that is customer service!
