Chewy.co used to be a five star place. Now they cant get orders right or even charge you on time. They dont hurt the person they hurt the animal. I have 2 Service Animals and they reqlly dont care about them. They care about their money.

I love how quick and easy Chewy has made ordering my pet supplies! As a single mom with two huge dogs and three cats, adding huge bags of dog and cat food complicate my shopping trips and make them more difficult. I love that I can easily place an order with Chewy and its delivered next day to my door. Simplifies my life and I can order all my pet supplies-even medication- in one place. They have great customer service as well!

I love chewy and have been a long time customer. However they use Fedex which is terrible that delay orders on multiple occasions saying they were here when they were not.

The worst experience I've ever had with an online company. Delivery problems every single time and customer service was a complete joke. Nothing ever got resolved. If you like your pets and money, don't shop here.

I've been buying for several years from chewy.com. Never have any issues and very happy with customer service. They are always helpful and never disappointed. Will continue buying from them. Thank you for your service!

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for our dog Lily and have always been happy with the process. I placed an order for Lily on Sunday, Sept 27th, and on Tuesday, Sept 29th our beloved Lily died from heart complications. We were absolutely heartbroken. Our order arrived on the day she passed away.Chewy.com refunded me the cost and instead of returning it, they suggested I could donate it to a shelter. Wonderful idea. We miss our Lily more than we can even begin to put into words. ( Thank You Cristina V for your heartworm message and flowers).
