CHEWY has surpassed any customer service that I have ever received. I had made a mistake in my order and chewy corrected my error without penalty. I also received my order within 18 hours ! They beat out Amazon without a doubt. I also love their little notes and replies, which are sent within minutes instead of days; and always refer to my pet lovingly.

The worst experience ever. I ordered feed for my baby goats upon late delivery i contacted customer service asked for a little compensation as i had to drive 45 min to get some feed while i waited. 2 days later contacted customer service said they would refund and that my item would be here. 2 days later the tracking shows as returned. i have not been refunded and i kept all my conversations promising the order would arrive day after day and that it was not cancelled, It was This has been a nightmare for me NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is such a great company. Anytime there’s ever been an issue with an order they’ve resolved it for me quickly and seamlessly. I had to switch my cats food from what I was giving him to prescription food right when I had received my auto ship. Chewy refunded me the money and had me drop off the food at a shelter of my choice! This says a lot about how the company truly cares about all animals! I will only be buying my pets items from chewy. I would also like to say that anytime I’ve ever called them I’ve experienced some of the nicest customer service people in my life! Thank you to chewy.com for making sure our pets are supplied during this pandemic.

The customer service at Chewy is always amazing! I would highly recommend this service to anyone with pets. The agents are very knowledgeable about pet diets and food quality as well as some medical conditions. Loyal customer here! The auto ship is awesome! No more last minute trips to the pet store because I forgot to pick up more pet food.

Very poor service. We ordered Heartworm pills from them. This required that we mailed them a copy of the prescription, which we did the same day. Two weeks later we hadn't heard from them. Called their customer service, which was clueless. Had no way to check on the order and told us to call the pharmacy, which we did. They were clueless as well. It took them close to three weeks to receive the prescription. By then we already ordered it from somewhere else and had received it. I won't be ordering from them again.

We having using Chewy for a year. Sadly when our cat had to be put down we had to cancel our auto ship. When I called Reginald answered and expressed his sympathy and offered to accept the return of the last shipment. In addition we received a dozen roses representing the rainbow bridge that are cat had crossed. Outstanding customer service!! TEN STARS!

I've been using Chewy for 2 or 3 years now for my pets. Their auto ship system is awesome and I like that I can add little items or delay a shipment of I need to. I had never contacted customer service before but recently (due to a mistake that I made) I had to reach out to them to ask about a return. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had. A real person responded within an hour, they processed my refund quickly, and even asked about my pets wellbeing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I have five cats and am disabled without a vehicle so Chewy. com is vital to us. Even when I did have access to a car and a husband to help with the heavy lifting I still chose Chewy because frankly their customer service is top notch. Let's see, excellent selection of products, a good deal even if you have one cat ( auto ship is available for any length of time, not just monthly), there are sizes not available in stores and they offer the best prices I've been able to find anywhere. This allows me to stock up with canned food, litter, and to an extent dry food. Approximately 3 out of 4 times I receive my order a day earlier than expected. Speaking of that, Chewy, like everywhere, had to adjust to shortages and delays due to the coronavirus and travel restrictions but that was resolved within about two weeks around April. Last but certainly first in my book, I have not had to wait for a customer service representative since again April or the beginning of coronavirus adjustments. Back then I would telephone in my order in the wee hours of the morning (they are available 24/7) so as not to wait on the phone. Within a couple weeks that issue was resolved as well. Talk about customer service they are so knowledgeable, friendly AND able to offer special discounts! I actually received a 10% discount once simply because I stated my budget was $100. Another time I ordered a natural type of litter that my cats would not use. They sent me another type they recommended would be what I was looking for for free! Maybe these perks are frowned on by companies trying to make money alone but Chewy is getting mine!
