Thank you chewy. I ordered 2 50 lb bags of chicken layer feed 2 48 lb bags of dog food 2 20 lb bags of cat food 1 20 lb bag of grit and 1 50 lb bag of chick starter feed. We were running low on animal food and decided to make our first order to chewy. The rep stated they would arrive no later then Saturday. They arrived Friday and we were so happy that they were so quick. However our bag of chick starter didn’t show up by Saturday and I called chewy stating I’d be out of chick food by Sunday. They were amazing and gave us a refund on the late bag of food so we could buy some for now and also advised I would still get my bag of food I ordered by Wednesday. All of my animals will be fed and they truly care about the customer. Thank you chewy. I have enough food for 2 months for all of my animals but when I run low, I will definitely reorder with y’all. Thanks chewy.

I have received two orders now from chewy.com. In the first order I received dented cans of wet dog food. One of them was so bad that I threw it in the trash. The second order, which I received today, had a bunch of dented cans and one busted. There was dog food spillage. The packaging is not very good for shipping these products. When I tried to post a review on chewy.com, I kept getting "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." (Photos were within chewy.com's guidelines, as was everything else.) Maybe there was a glitch...several times. I don't know. At any rate, when I contacted Chewy's customer service via live chat, I was refunded $2.00 for all of those dented and busted cans.

I would rather pay to have my heavyweight items brought upstairs to the door than deal with continuous shopping and lugging all that weight upstairs alone, usually. No more dealing with weather, traffic or masks. In generally 2 days, my order is there every week. Thanks for making my life and my business easier, and more enjoyable, Chewy.

Chewy may be a good place to buy dog toys but their pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I sent my prescription in the mail as they requested. It took them over six weeks to receive it and they claimed this is normal in their area. This was so slow that the prescription actually expired while it was lost in their system and they couldn't be bothered to contact the vet for a refill/new script. Buy locally stay away from this pharmacy

Chewy should be rated 5 stars overall!!! I wanted to return about 4 items from my order but Chewy said just to keep them and donate them to shelters. They gave me a refund for them too. Thank you Chewy. You are the best! I am glad you guys are supporting shelters.

Very disappointed. Twice now I have ordered medication in advance on my pers prescription coming due. I don't know how everyone else gets this amazing fast shipping, but my first order took several days after my vet approved the prescription before it shipped. We got our other dogs medication thru another pet med site as a test to see if it was just the mail. Nope! That order was received within 3 days of placing it - that includes shipping time & vet approval. But, everyone told me it must be a fluke . Chewy is great. They said they've always received 2 day shipping. So, I gave them another try. That was the worst mistake I could make!! It was a refill so no vet approval required. It took 3 days for my order to be given to the carrier. And they have apparently shipped first class (not two day shipping as I was told) so it will now be another 5 days before my medication is received (and that is only if there are no delays in transit). So that means my little girl will be chewing herself to bleeding again for 3 days without any medication because the order was not shipped 2day shipping as it was supposed to! And Chewy's CS response to that? A canned response reiterating the date 5 days out. When I express my unhappiness with them simply repeating a shipping date, I finally get a human response saying to let them know if I have to purchase a few days meds in between now & the shipping date. However, as I told them, I do not have the funds to pay out of pocket for more at the moment. Also, the vet will not write for more until after our visit at the end of the month for blood work. When I explain this, the human compassion is gone & I get yet another canned response stating the shipping date from yet another rep because apparently the same representative can not respond twice. So you have to repeat yourself over & over because they can only see the most recent message. We are a family on one disability income & I can't afford things like this. We budget for everything. This medication is well out of our budget but we sacrificed elsewhere because our girl needs it. But I can't make money appear out of nowhere or make the vet write an extra small prescription because they didn't ship how they were supposed to. I should never have given the second chance.
