My experience with chewy has turned into a nightmare. Ordered Sept. 22mailed scripts same day for heartgard chews, and comfortis pills. Left out of town with dog until October 4. Got home no chewy no Emails, no calls finally Oct 10 I receive comfortis chews. Not what I ordered or what script said. I call ask what is going on with my order where is my heartgard chews? Reply was "What you ordered was not what the script said and it's illegal to send wrong product" My dog has been taking same scripts for eleven years. So it was ok to illegally send wrong comfortis? By the way they never notified me about heartgard just didn't send. I called my vet. Was told made it makes no difference anyway they never write pills or chewables on scripts an have dealt with chewy plenty. Turns out Chewy was out of pills an have been. Still didn't notify. Waiting for supervisor to call back but hasn't. It cost a lot of money to take my dog to the vet now I'm out the pills gonna have to buy one pill just to get by at Dr Barr who will gladly sell me one pill. My dog don't go there, he goes to Parkway Animal Hospital. What gives supervisor T.K. at chewy?

I’ve been using this company for 3 years and it’s been great experience. Fast shipping and variety of products. They have videos for products. It makes it easy to buy. I received cat food with a hole once but they immediately sent me new one.

I have been shopping at Chewy for years. I cannot thank them enough for the quality products and great prices. The customer service is always above and beyond five stars. Thank you Chewy!

At first Chewy had my dog food for a significant price difference, but now it is just as much as the store. I see no reason to order online

I would rate Chewy a 2.5, but that option isn't availible. They can have competitive prices on dry and freeze dried food and snacks and I will likely continue to use them for those purposes, on occasion. However, I would never recommend anyone purchase toys from them. They claim to stand behind thier products, but if a toy fails to live up to the claims of tough...even when made to stand up to a sixty pound pooch and your mutt is a whopping ten pounder, they will expect you to pay to return it to them to verify it failed basic play. Don't waste your money.

Chewy is absolutely the best! Their customer service is so nice and professional to work with. I have a very large Bernese Mountain dog and I ordered two different harnesses and neither one would fit him, so I called customer service and they refunded my money and told me to donate those ones to a shelter. The customer service representative also went out of her way to help me find a harness that would fit my dog! I love Chewy and I will continue to use them.

Full disclosure by Customer Service SHOULD BE.....telling each and every customer when placing an order for $50 plus bags of food $30 plus boxes of litter that they will take ALL your hard earned money for the product at times orders exceed $100 plus dollars THEN they will ship a 50 pound order in ONE 75 CENT CARDBOARD BOX and tape it with 2 for dollar dollar store scotch tape and it sooooo heavy by the time it reaches your house not only is it BUSTED OPEN but it’s soooo heavy that the delivery driver won’t bring it up to your door!!!!!! Chewy INLY cares about making the sale they will jack up prices but oddly won’t invest in a sturdy box to ensure your product isn’t damaged upon arrival!!!!!

My first purchase from Chewy was a travel crate for our new puppy so she could be secured in the car. The locking mechanism didn't work well. I contacted Chewy for help and the next day a replacement was on my porch. My second order for other products was sent out immediately also. I have never received such fast service and the products are great. I'm so happy to find this great company for my new puppy.
