I have never called a company and someone answered the telephone on the first ring. It actually happened twice. That was very impressive to me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kyle and Demetria. Both very professional ladies. They answered my questions with a smile. I placed my order on Thursday evening and the package arrived on Saturday afternoon. I will definitely make this my website for all of my pet needs. Thank you Chewy.

Well for 1 thing the shipping was very fast I mean 24 hours and it arived the product was awesome it works great much cheaper and better for my dogs than harsh chemicals meds and it made the house smell like ceder it killed fleas ants and spiders so far so chewy you are the best I'm glad to be a new customer

This is the best company ever. The customer service people are superb. Courteous and caring. I have been ordering from chewy over 5 years and not one complaint. Their prices are equal to or most time better than any other pet prescription diet food website. I called the other day about my shipment and because the rep couldnt track it he sent me another box of all items. The next day i received the original shipment and then today got the replacement shipment. When i called about returning the rep said i could keep or donate 2nd box no charge to me. Now i know i have spent quite a bit of money when them over the years but they are worth it. This is 2nd time they told me not to return something to keep or donate. Of course they will have my business for many many years to come. No other place but chewy com for my fur babies.

My parents lost their beloved dog of 12 years from congestive heart failure on Monday. My mom tearfully called and canceled the order the next morning, saying she passed and they would no longer need all the medicines and food ordered. Not only was the order canceled and a refund issued, but Two days later a beautiful vase of flowers was delivered to the door along with a sweet card offering condolences for the loss of our pet. Whoever Daniel is at Chewy.com, thank you. Thank you for going the extra mile to comfort a grieving family when most would say she was “just a pet.” Our family has used Chewy for years and will certainly continue to do so now. Any company that shows that kind of kindness deserves my business.

I ordered solid gold puppy can food and i ordered a good amount, 90 cans and when i got the order, the box was molding, one can was open and molding and smelled absolutely gross. The molding started to get into the other 6 packs. I will never order from here again.

I'm so happy with Chewy atm! I went to 7 stores, trying to find my wet food. Even Walmart was out! Apparently a shortage with the cans... I ordered 5 cases of food and the first came literally 9 hours later! It was cheaper than Walmart. Just got 3 more. 2-3 days, no dragging cases of dog food into the house, thanks, FedEx! Had I known, i would have done this a long time ago! Yay Chewy!
