Hi my name is Melissa. I proudly work for the Rowan county animal shelter in Salisbury nc. A man came in n today with a very large donation box. He shared a very touching story with me about losing his beloved dog. Extremely sad and beautiful all at the same time. He shared beautiful moments with him and my heart went out to him completely. I just want to say thanks to him for thinking about us and thank you to y’all for making great stuff for the animals. We sincerely appreciate the beautiful gesture from the both of y’all. Thank you so much. From RCAS <3.

I just had an amazing conversation with a chewy employee. There was a bit of confusion with the payment process (I had to use my girlfriends card because I'm on a hassle free debit plan and can only make a few transactions a month. I was getting Christmas presents for our pets.). The employee was quick, concise, and considerate. She was very kind and we resolved the problem in no time. We need more people like this working these positions. There are too many rude people in her position and she just made my day with such a kind interaction. Thank you Chewy!!!

This is hands down the best company. GREAT customer service. Can't say enough about how awesome their customer service is. Good selection of products. Quick delivery. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your pet's needs.

Chewy won me over just buy their customer support, above and beyond does not give them enough credit. First I need my dogs medicine and was waiting for their tech to contact my vet, I contact support I had the medicine 2 days later, I didnt even run out before they got me the refill. Then I decided to try a different flavor of dog food of the same brand I use which was a 25LBS bag when I used 3 cups and 1 canned dog food of a 12 pack and I told them my dog refused to eat this flavor, I never go without dog food so I had about 8LBS of her old flavor left, They issued me a refund and then asked me to donate it to a local shelter, Chewy is an awesome place. They have won my heart and my pets heart since my dog is a rescue so donating it to a local shelter is simply awesome! they are doing their part to make this world a better place.

Merry, bright & all that is right in this crazy world. This past week my husband and I got our daughter a bearded dragon for Christmas, I decided to use Chewy for the first time ever to order everything our new family member needed.. when it arrived last night I realized my silly self had accidentally ordered TWO very large terrarium tops.. when in fact, only needed one. This morning I called Chewy’s customer service.. expecting the same ole, same ole.. and y’all let me tell you how my day has just been absolutely made! ...an 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙 person answered my call...immediately. And after I explained my silly situation.. not only are they refunding me for the top.. they asked that instead of sending it back to THEM.. I donate it to a local shelter. My heart is SO FULL it’s going to burst. Thank you, thank you, thank you good people at Chewy for bringing a little light & hope into this world when we do desperately need it the most. -Sincerely, A customer for life. -KSC

I definitely recommend using chewy for any and all of your pet needs. They get anything you need to you in 3 to 5 days. And I had just ordered my baby girl Princess her cat food and 2 days after I received it I contacted a representative (Jonathan) at Chewy and ask if I could return the food and Jonathan told me that he was going to refund my money and there was no need to for me to return the food, he said for me to just donate the food to a rescue or shelter. I would give Chewy 10 stars. And Jonathan thank you for being so kind and considerate.

If you need flee and ticks / heartworm meds for your pets (or any other meds actually) honestly just go to Wallmart and dont waste your time nor your nervous. You probably gotta pay 20-25$ more but at least you will get it right after and wont have to be worried about your pet not getting meds in time. I sent my med prescriptions on November 19...Chewy has shipped it on Dec 1. Today is December 4 and im stil waiting for my damn order. Says its gonna be delivered by the end of the day, yet its 7pm already and i doubt it will happen any time soon. Good job (no). PS. December 5, 6pm - sill no order, tho FedEx siye says its on their vehicle claims its gonna arrive by the end of the day tomorrow. F * * с fedex and chewy pharmacy honestly. I will just close this authoship and use 1800petmeds or something. Not worth it. Also prices on pet supplies are JUST THE SAME at Amazon. And at amazon you dont even have to waste 50+ bucks to get free delivery. So dont see why bothering yourself dealing with chewy and fedex slow shitters :)

I don't know how to begin this review but what I would like to relay to everyone who shops on Chewy's is that this is a great company. The reason I say this is because of a very recent experience I had with this company. I contacted them because I needed a prescription to be filled for my dog who was suffering with lung cancer. Unfortunately, my baby never got the opportunity to use the medication because he got so sick that he had to be euthanized sooner than I expected. The medication did not arrive until a day after his passing so I called Chewy's and informed them that I no longer needed it and that it had not been used. I spoke with a wonderful customer service person by the name of Walter. He informed me that I would not need to worry about paying for the prescription that the company would refund my entire payment for the product. He also went as far as to express his condolences for the loss of my pet. Once I the call ended, I sat and cried for a moment and figured that was the end of my experience with Chewy's. I expected just to receive my credit on my card and that was it but, to my surprise Walter sent a bouquet of flowers to express to express his condolences for the loss of my beloved pet. I must admit, it caught me by surprise. Of course nothing can fill the void of losing a loved one but the gesture of kindness and concern made me feel a little better. Someone took the time to express concern about my pet..... WOW!!! Some people and some companies care about more than just their bottom line. I will always remember Walter and Chewy's for taking the time to honor my dog. No other company has ever concern themselves about me or my beloved pet or me for that matter.. I would highly recommend Chewy's to anyone who has need of pet supplies. They are a company who cares enough to go above and beyond. Thank you Walter and thank you Chewy's.❤️
