personally i dont care for them. the agents know nothing about their products. no help there. some of them dont want to even help you find what you need but then they have no knowledge of any of their products. thats ridiculous. they make you have to buy so much for free shipping? maybe i cant buy that much or need that much every time? im forced to buy more to get free shipping. they wont work with you at all. by the time i pay for their high minimum amount to get free shipping ive spent more money. or pay the shipping on a couple of items forget it. i can buy them for less elsewhere. lower the minimum! make it easier on us. oh i guess if you have some big dog or dogs and need alot of stuff. i have one little one. forget them. i buy from better companies. i dont like their unreasonable service bad agents. no help.

Best company I have ever worked with! This company truly cares about you and your pet. There have been two difference situations that were not their fault, all mine and they went over and beyond my expectations. I haven't seen customer service like this for years! I highly recommend them. Also their prices are better than at stores and especially on your pets prescriptions!

Best customer service I've ever recieved. I was put in contact with an agent within a minute. There was no automated process that I had to go to. She then looked up my account through my phone number and instantly solved my problem. 10/10

They will go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need/want for your pet. Many times they have helped me find a specialized food or toy without “breaking the bank”. They are paid to have conversations, especially about your/their pets. It’s refreshing to find a business where the people can actually talk to you, and take their time in finding what you want, and converse freely. There is no time limit or script they are reading from. If you get pet food, or clothes, or hair dye, no matter what, they refund you if it’s not right for your animal(s). Not only refund, but ask you to simply donate it to a shelter or rescue that can use it. There is never a need to return it. I have been a customer for a long time. I don’t order much, but I use their autoship for my dogs’ foods. The autoship is very convenient, and useful. If you don’t know exactly how many weeks or months to schedule it, simply pick a time frame, and if needed it can ship earlier by clicking on “ship now”. The next ship date can be changed at anytime, as well as the frequency. You can also schedule anything they sell to come with your next shipment. Those can be recurring or one time only. You can shop with them on the computer, or their mobile App for mobile or tablet users. Both are easy to navigate while looking for products, or simply browsing by category. If you cannot find what you are looking for, customer service can help. Overall, their prices are better-than-competitive with similar sites, even than most stores. It arrives in days, and is packaged very well. For customer service, none have matched theirs, and they are actually more than pleasant to speak with. They are a quality store with quality products. They deserve all five stars.

These guys are very slow, about shipping pet supplies. Service had been very slow. When order from this company. You have a lot time And pantice.
