Ordered medication on the 8th. Checked today on the 11. Order still processing. No contact that there was a problem. Was told the pharmacist had to check with my vet. It's Friday at 4pm. They tell me it will ship Monday and arrive Thursday. Slow as syrup on a winter day type of service for the meds my dog needs.

Horrible experience again with Chewy. Placed an order, was 2 weeks late and never arrived. Was sent to the wrong part of the country and then to cover for themselves, Chewy removed my ability to even track the package. Wouldn't communicate they lost the package until I reached out twice. At which point they offered a refund. Waste of time to buy from them. Buy local or even at companies like Petco or better yet just buy from Amazon. Chewy is a bad brand.

Chewy’s service has been amazing! Originally I almost didn’t switch to them because the most recent reviews were low. However, my dog became diabetic and needed a bottle of insulin every three weeks. The current company I was with kept dropping the ball and were priced slightly higher on several items so I finally decided to do the switch. Once the prescription is verified (it may take some time) there were no problems. Actually, during the verification process of the prescription I was able to contact them and get immediate feedback on the status of my order. I never felt left in the dark and always was taken care by this company. I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I live in a rural area, the nearest Pet store is 90 miles. Chewy has been awesome. I made a mistake on my first order. I emailed customer service and they refunded my money and we reordered the correct item. The second order an item did not function. Again, I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement. I have been satisfied with their products and can find everything I need. Customer service has been prompt, polite and easy to work with. I have noticed different items come from different locations and delivery Time depends on the location. I’m not sure what people are complaining about, I guess if I lived in a city I might feel differently. I’m used to planning ahead and stocking up as everything for me is 90 miles away.

I have been a loyal Chewy customer for a long time and they are the best!! Whatever I need I can find on their site!! I have never been disappointed and I will remain a loyal customer for as long as I have fur babies!! If you're looking for a fast and easy way to get all your pet supplies look no further than Chewy!! The prices are great and the customer service is AWESOME!!!!!

Chewy's entire "thing" is 1-3 day shipping and up to now, they've been great at that. So imagine my surprise when I placed an order yesterday and then checked its status today, only to find that it won't be delivered for another 5 (FIVE!!!!) days. So 1-3 days is actually SIX days. Just get it locally, you say? I would, but my cat is on prescription food, and it's not available locally. And I only have 4 cans left. Should I have ordered further ahead? On reflection, of course. Will I ever not order ahead again? No. But Chewy gets some of the blame here for advertising 1-3 days and clearly not meaning it. Will never shop there again.

There are no words to describe the level of satisfaction I have with this company. Not only are their prices competitive, their ultra fast shipping and outstanding customer service exemplary, I received an incredible gift today: a portrait of my dog Morgan on canvas. I am truly touched by their thoughtfulness and generosity and have shared my experience on several social media websites as well as with my family and friends. Chewy - your company is the best company I have ever done business with, hands down and thumbs up!!

I do have to say I am one that loves a small business. And I try to support them as much as possible. But all businesses start from somewhere and grow. I used chewy because my dog is on a prescription medicine And my vet is a half hour from my house. And it's easy for me to have it shipped directly which has been a lifesaver! every time I have ever called customer service they have been friendly and have helped me out tremendously. This holiday season I got a card from chewy and it was handwritten inside !! For a a company that has I'm sure thousands of customers, they were able to handwrite a card to me!
