We have been ordering from chewy for all of our pet needs for years. A couple of days ago I called to inquire if there was any chance that I could return some prescription treats that we always purchased in bulk for our pup Koda as he had passed away after 17 1/2 yrs of loyalty & friendship. Not only did they authorize a full refund for the entire last purchase but they just asked that I donate what we had left. However, today we arrived home there was a package on our front porch. When we opened it, Stefnie from customer service had sent us some flowers and a sympathy card. This goes way above and beyond any customer service than we have ever experienced. Stefnie, your kindness is overwhelming.

So, I ordered some pet stuff from Chewy, and paid extra$$ for expedited shipping, they sent a notification that my pkg was delivered, It was NOT delivered 1 star is being generous

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing chewy.com is.... I had a repeat delivery order with Petco for my cats dry food. We set the date to fall perfectly in line with when they would start running out of their previous bag. Petco took the payment on the exact date it was supposed to be shipped, never shipped it, then emailed us 7 days later to inform us that they had cancelled and refunded us because they were out of stock. I thought we were just waiting on shipping and due to the pandemic, may have been taking a little longer due to the fact that many people are ordering online now. It took them seven days to inform me that they just weren’t coming through which was extremely frustrating. Cancelled my auto shipped with them and placed my order with chewy.com. I KID YOU NOT, they shipped it out the very same freakin day and I got it delivered the very next day. This has got to be one of the best, if not the best, customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Chewy.com it is from now on!

I really wanted to leave a review about the customer service. I had ordered a kennel from Chewy and the tracking said it was delivered and I never received it. I emailed the company and they apologized and sent out a replacement that same day. I received it shortly after that. About a week later, I found out it was delivered to a neighbor. I contacted Chewy and told them about the mistake. They thanked me for letting them know, and asked if I would donate it to a friend or animal shelter. I am so impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company and will continue to purchase items through them. Thanks Chewy!

I've been ordering from chewy for 7 years. If I can find it here, that's where I'm ordering from. The first time I placed an order, I got a phone call (no really, a personal phone call with a human who knew my name... freaky, right?) to confirm some details of my order. Mind blown. It's been like that ever since. I think once I had an order problem and before I could get the words out of my mouth it was taken care of. Fast, reliable, committed, good quality, can't beat that.

I placed my first order from Chewy, & I'm beyond satisfied with their products and customer service. I breed rats, & the products I purchased were a 12 pack of rodent water bottles along with some different types and sizes of bowls to try. The order was quickly processed and mailed, but when it arrived, they mistakenly packaged a single water bottle instead of a single 12 pack, & I was unable to use some of the bowls I ordered (too small or big). I immediately sent Chewy an email with my concerns, & after sending the message after hours, I received a reply from them bright and early the next morning. The correct bottle order was immediately processed and shipped on the next business day. Regarding the bowls, when I explained that I would like to swap some of them for a few more of the ones I did like and just pay the difference on the last one, they quickly refunded the cost of the ones I couldn't use, processed the new order and again shipped it on the next business day. Plus, they told me to just go ahead and donate them to a local rescue. My overall experience found them to be professional, friendly, quick to correct the issues, & quite frankly, I just think it's really neat that, rather than having me go through the headache of returning those items, they'd rather lose the money and have them donated to a good cause. That says a lot about Chewy and it's values. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them again! Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

How do you thank a whole company for being there when you needed it the most. My husband passed away and the chewy account was in his name. T'Shai was so incrediably helpful and had such kind words. The next day, The very first bouquet of flowers was from T'Shai and Chewy.com, that melted my heart and because of this kind gesture I will be a forever customer Thank you Kim

Since Petsmart purchased Chewy the service has declined. They now use Ontrak for delivery in our area (LA) not Fedex. Ontrack is horrible. I live in a semi-rural area and Ontrak has repeatedly mis-delivered my packages to who knows were. I have had to report mis-deliveries and have the items reshipped several times. Ontrack delivers down the road and throws my packages in the dirt by the side of the road rather than driving up the hill to my home (we live on 23 acres). I have reported them to Chewy 4 different times and each time been told they will only use Fedex. However, today 12/16 my husband "caught" the driver trying to leave the package of Rx meds at the gate (wide open) and house within sight by 40 feet. Driver was too lazy to drive up to the house to leave it on the porch. I called Chewy, reported it again and told them I will no longer use them for my RX med deliveries. IF I see any food or other merchandise deliveries not delivered by FEDEX I will discontinue all use of them and purchase elsewhere or at my local store. It's sad that Petsmart are ruining a wonderful company.
