Great products and excellent service! This is the only company I've ever dealt with that has such quick delivery. Even during the holiday season my order was delivered in 2 days! Amazon will never be able to compete with Chewy!

My dog passed away. Chewy refund my order on my last order and told me to donate the food. The next day they sent me flowers. We need more companies like them.

I lost my Mini Schnauzer on Nov 13, 2020. Had unopened bag of prescription food for him. Called Chewy to see if I could return it. Spoke with Gail. She was so kind and gracious. Not only did she give me credit for the food, but also for the entire order. Later I received a dozen roses from Chewy. I was blown away. Thank you Chewy. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

Customer Service is unmatched! They always ensure to ask about my dog and his well being. Have been beyond helpful and accommodating and perhaps it's because of the holiday woes but i can't praise them enough!

I recently placed an order that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and was delayed due to inclement weather. Today I get notified that it was delivered. But not to my address. A while later I get a text from my neighbor saying she had a package for me delivered to her. I called Chewy about it. Zachary told me I had 2 options: 1) They could resend it (who knows if I would get it then?!) or 2) I could go retrieve it. Normally it would not be an issue, but there is a 35 lb. pail of cat litter in my order, along with several bags of cat food. And we live at the end of a long (now snow and ice covered) driveway! I asked Zachary if I could get a credit/refund for my trouble. He said no! Done with Chewy!
