Very Disappointed. I just placed an order for Dog food on Chewy, I used Auto Ship for a bag that is $104 and was told by the website I get 40% off on my first Auto Ship, therefore I should have gotten $41 off my order, When I placed my order I saw only $20 was taken off, when I contacted customer service I was told that this is 40% max and it will Max out at $20. That was not clear, even on the reciept is says 40% discount. This is a Bait and Switch if I ever saw one. Promise 40% on the website and only give 18%

I needed to order my dogs heart worm meds along with some toys for Christmas. With COVID I’m behind schedule for his vet appointments so they didn’t approve the meds. I thought I would just wait until after Christmas to take him, and get a couple toys locally since without the meds my order didn’t come close to qualifying for free shipping. Lo and behold 2 days later my toys showed up, no charge for shipping! Chewy is the absolute best with customer service, this is not my first experience with them going above and beyond. I urge everyone to support this great company!!!

Been with chewy 3+ years with repeat delivery have had numerous problems with delivery from fedex from damaged goods from packing and delivery to having boxes left in the rain in our driveway to being 2-3 days late talked to customer service and was told that they would let fedex know and that’s was it not even a “we are sorry for the problem”so I’ve cancelled my account and wasn’t even asked why such a shame

Normally super but last order came with crushed cans and a treat box that was deliberately crushed to fit it into the shipping box! One can that wasn't crushed that I opened the next day was MOLDY! They gave me a refund for damaged stuff.

Overpriced.
