this company has the greatest customer service around. My Oliver died of inflammatory bowel disease. When I call about returning some of the special food they were so nice and caring. THEN , about 6 weeks later a lovely sympathy flower arrangement arrived at the house. CHEWY is fantastic!!!! ++++++PLUS ++++++ Helpful with ordering. Helpful with product information. Fast delivery. Easy returns.

We love Chewy. We have been shopping with them for 10 years. The best price for our dog food and fast service. Also good for our small pets, you cannot beat the price for their treats and little beds. We have also gotten medication for our cats and dogs. And a very good return policy. I was a customer many years, the company need to change Fedex to normal company. Never will order again. I placed order 7 days ago and all time it was promises " tommorow arriving". They all tell me about bad weather, but we have good weather in NC. My order was out for delivery 2 times, from Wilmington NC, and it never come here. Calling to supervisor, Robert, does not help- my order was returned, when I said I need food asap! Now I have no money no food, my money back will be 3-5 days. No comments, never will order again!

This is the most amazing pet store, even if it is online, you can't walk your dog through the store, and can't touch the merchandise but it really is the best. You can get items shipped by subscription or buy in singles with free shipping over a certain amount purchased. I love the subscriptions because they allow for me not to have to remember to get certain things. They tell you a few days ahead of time that your subscription is coming up so you don't get any surprises. You can also get all your dogs prescriptions sent in a subscription as well Or as a single purchase. I just spoke with a customer service person ( they are open 24 hours A-day 7 days a week every day of the year ). The women I spoke with was so personable in so helpful and really knew what she was talking about I am so impressed and so happy I found chewy for my Chihuahua, my mixed breed senior and my Great Dane. Thank you chewy for making my life easier throughout this pandemic as well as the rest of my puppies lives. I don't want to forget when you go online whether it is through the app or through the website you can customise a profile for each dog.. Highly recommended!!!!!!
