unreliable delivery. if you have a cat on a prescription food & need it before you run out, don't order here. they advertise 1-3 days free delivery. my product has been held up by fedex for 5 days with no delivery date promised. only the shipper can intercede with fedex. i asked chewy.com by chat to do so tonight and the jerks refused. my ibd cats are running low on food and these jerks refuse to lift a finger over my unreasonably delayed prescription food order.

I have been using Chewy for several years for my dog and cat needs and I can’t say enough good things about them. Phenomenal customer service, great pricing, excellent selection and you can’t beat a company that sends your pets a Christmas and Birthday card! We’ve been fortunate to receive a portrait of one of our dogs that they are known to randomly send out and I treasure it! We will continue to use Chewy for years to come for our house full of pets!

I had heard great things about this website. Then I ordered from it. Litter broken all in box. cat food destroyed and toys ruined. What a waste. I won't be ordering again. Super disappointed. Update, I reached out to customer service and they replaced everything at their cost. I’m amazed. I WILL be using this company in the future for everything. This is actual customer service and it’s so nice to see.

Chewy is an awesome company. They have items for my small pet that are not in local stores. Items are always delivered timely and in perfect condition. I wish all companies had the integrity that Chewy has.

I’ve been using Chewy for all my pet supplies for over 3 years now. Excellent customer service. Only twice in all that time, have I had an item missing from my order. I called and they had the item to me within a day or two - no questions asked. Prices are comparable to the local stores and I don’t have to do all the work of going to the store, loading into car, etc. This is especially nice with large boxes of litter. I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service, placed a order on the 13th supposed to be here the 16th or is the 20th and I still have my product.
