I have been a customer for over 7 years..have seen the changes! Their tax has been extremely high that's part of their profit I'm sure..Had bad weather in Texas ordered kept getting delayed understandable! However why would they ship from Indiana to Texas when they have warehouses hear..RIDICULOUS will be finding a retailer local that will honor their prices! As a matter of fact the Pets Plus in Arlington Texas does honor Chewy's Pricing....I spend well over $7000.00 a year due to owning a dog service!

Chewy has been fantastic with their on time delivery, even during a pandemic. Their customer service reps are truly people who love our pets. I love the personalized emails and birthday card my dog gets too.

I have used the autoship feature to buy my large dog food for over 3 years. But now the cancel culture has struck the pet food industry. When you can't even vote for who you want and have an opinion in a culture where free speech is guaranteed, then you watch as people's businesses are destroyed. Mypillow was cancelled by Chewy, and for an apolitical company who doesn't stick to staying out of politics, they just lost my money. I will buy local instead.

I have 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 parakeets and a rabbit. I have used Chewy for several years and they are the best. Prices are great. Any medications I need are lower than at my vet or local pet store. We are on autoship for food and we can add or subtract other items easily from month to month. I once ordered the wrong size of a Thunderjacket for my dog. They told me to donate it and sent me a bigger one at no cost. Their customer service is second to none. During this pandemic they have been great. I have not had to step in a pet store for a long time.

Best prices for dog treats. I pay anywhere from 3 to 5 dollars a bag on Chewy. At the largest stores in town, they are 9 to 15 dollars for the same bag. The same with dog food and it's all delivered to my front door within 2 to 3 days. Excellent service and products. I couldn't be happier.

Chewy is what keeps my three rescue pups healthy and happy without me going broke. and their customer service has always been top notch. I am happy to be a long time chewy customer that will stay with them because of their service.

Chewy is the best, have been ordering from them for several years for my 3 furbabies. During the pandemic they were very upfront sending emails to let us know shipments might be later than normal and to order now so we would get our product in a timely fashion. Companies have the option to stop carrying products when they want to. From what I hear My Pillow is a crappy product anyway so maybe that's why the stopped carrying them.

Best subscription company I've ever used. Above and beyond with their customer service. And the prices are great.
