I have been using Chewy for years and I am so pleased with their customer service and products. You can reach a person 24/7. They are friendly and helpful. Even with the pandemic all products get shipped promptly. I am very pleased and highly recommend Chewy!!

I have been a customer for year. This company is getting worse and worse. I have an issue with my dog prescription for 6 days already. They do not update the right fax number from my vet. They do not release ny ordes after I sent the prescription I got myself from my vet. There are a disaster. I will find another option to get my dog food.

A large order was help up for days because apparently a tiny toothbrush wasn’t in stock. I was never notified of the reason for delay, now was I informed that it wasn’t in stock before purchasing. Delaying the pick up of a pup now because the things I need will not be here in time, all over a toothbrush. I waited days and never heard from chewy. I had to call and ask why my order wasn’t en route. Would rather just order from Amazon after this experience.

Chewy is a terrific company with great customer service! I have been a customer for several years and have purchased everything from basic pet supplies to specialty food and medicines for my cat with some pretty challenging health issues. Chewy has great communication with my vet and me whenever something needs attention. Friendly, fairly priced and fast delivery. The few times I've had to call on customer service with a question, they have responded personally and so professionally. I feel like I have a partner who cares for my pet and wants to make sure he has what he needs. It feels very personal even though it's all online. I smile everytime I get a birthday card or holiday card in the mail from Chewy when those dates roll around too! Keep up the great work Chewy!

Chewy’s customer service is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Example - our dog Copper had just got out of the hospital again. He was on a bunch of prescription meds. We ordered an over the counter med from Chewy. It arrived the day after our boy passed away. We contacted Chewy to return the product. They refunded our money and asked us to find somewhere to donate the meds. Then they sent us sympathy flowers, blew my mind. Thank you Chewy

Chewy is INCREDIBLE. They are invested in donating to shelters and encouraging customers to do the same. They are 100% on point with customer service. One time I accidentally sent me a bag of the wrong dog food, and instead of asking me to send it back, they asked me to donate it to a local shelter. Also they send handwritten cards.

Their customer service is absolutely amazing, you can definitely tell they are big animal lovers and care about our animals just as much as we do. When my dog died, they refunded me all the items I had purchased a couple days before, without me having to ask, AND they sent me flowers and a card. They always help with any questions and concerns that I have. Absolutely the best! They have me as a customer for life, for sure!
