If you are looking fir work or in a relationship looking to have a child or become pregnant this is a horrible place to work at they don’t care about your well being I would get in trouble for going to the bathroom constantly because I was pregnant that they needed it in writing from my doctor would put me in positions that the boxed would hit my tummy notified manager and still kept me in the same area for 3hrs+ I left and lost my daughter and when I came back there was no sympathy or nothing no I’m sorry for your lost nothing. Prior to losing my daughter there would be days I would tell them I feel something wrong I’ve had miscarriages before and they knew of that and would still have me do things that could cause to miscarriage it was so stressful working there and knowing the company isn’t trying to help you rather then get rid of you.

I ordered two huge end table dog cages from Chewy.com. My total was around $330+ but the site must've glitched and added two more cages. It might've even been an error somehow on my part, not sure. My total was over $700+. I reached out to Chewy via phonecall late at night to get support. They quickly refunded my money and said they'd have the two extra cages withheld from being delivered. Unfortunately 4 cages arrived. I contacted Chewy support again to acknowledge that 4 cages had arrived and that'd I'd like to return the extra 2. Since the cages are very hard to carry and would be difficult to return to a FedEx center, they told me I could donate the cages to a shelter - which I plan on doing. I'm absolutely blown away by their customer service. They were amazing every step of the way. Will definitely shop with Chewy again.

I get all my animal needs from chewy. They have been helpful in so many ways. My older dog is prescription special dog food, they went above and beyond to ensure I get her food. I order a crate and it was too small, they refund me the money and I was able to donate it to a local animal shelter. Items ship quickly . My most recent order is delayed due to weather conditions and I was emailed to let me know.

I would not buy anything cold or frozen from Chewy. I have my dogs on raw food, and it seems about every other time we have an issue with getting our food in the time frame they promise, always delayed and $225 worth of food is trashed. They don't seem to care to fix it and keep offering the food on their site, which leads me to believe that they truly don't care for pets. Also, I expect better since I pay them $500 a month for dog food, not including other things I add on my autoship.

I love this company. They offer amazing prices with a great selection and have the best customer service. I try to buy everything pet related through them as I would rather my money go to them than any other company.
