I've been using them for a year now, and no order has gone through smoothly. My vet has tried to give them prescription approvals for meds, and everytime I order, they hold them up even though she sent multiple approvals. Today, I found out that they cancelled an order and never notified me and now my dog is almost out of meds. They said they emailed me, but I took a screenshot of my gmail account showing I had gotten nothing. I know longer trust them.

Basically Amazon for pets. Only annoying thing is the $5 shipping charge for under $50 packages. Sometimes I just don’t need more stuff ya know.

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for fifteen years. They are an amazing company who truly cares about their customers and their pets! I once ordered an expensive ramp for my chihuahua and she would not use it. When I called them to tell them about it and return it they immediately issued a refund and told me to donate the ramp to a rescue! Also recently I called them to stop the auto chip for my chihuahua because she is no longer eating and may have to put her down soon, they immediately refunded me for her dog food although it had been a couple of months since I ordered. Then I ordered food for a new puppy I just got and in error ordered adult food for him. When I called them to ask them about a return and an exchange they totally understood and immediately refunded my money even though it was my error and sent me the correct one. They asked me to donate to a rescue the adult food. They are beyond caring!!! Their business practices surpass any other merchant I have ever dealt with my 48 years as a pet owner!!

Chewy is amazing! I ordered food for my dog through the site when I couldn’t find his regular food anywhere. Unfortunately he couldn’t eat it without being sick so I reached back out regarding returning it. They responded within a few hours, refunding my money and telling me I could donate the food I ordered! Truly wonderful service.

I have concerns about Chewy's delivery practices. I ordered a bottle of rimadyl at the same time as some toys, and they delivered the rimadyl separately, in a small package with no warning label, in a bottle that was not at all dog-proof. The delivery person had apparently not been instructed not to throw toxic chemicals over 6-foot fences into yards containing dogs (while the owners were home, no less). He threw the box of rimadyl into my yard (although they delivered the toys to my front porch), my dog got into it within 15 minutes and overdosed, and I'm stuck with $4,000 in vet bills. So far, Chewy has been kind but intermittent in their responses to my situation, and they haven't kicked in to cover any of my bills. Although I thought I was saving money by ordering from Chewy instead of buying from my vet, those 30 rimadyl ended up costing me $4000.

I am very happy with my food storage container. It was easy to put together and arrived on time.

We had previously bought some kidney support supplements and diapers for one of our 15 year-old dogs, our sweet toy poodle named Cookie. Unfortunately, Cookie did not get a chance to use much of the products as she had passed away a few days later on January 29th, 2021. We called Chewy customer support to see if we could refund one of the items and in turn, received wonderful service from a wonderful and friendly customer service rep. We explained the reason for refund and she was extremely sympathetic and compassionate. Not only did we not have to return the items in order to receive the refund, but they also delivered a vase of flowers and a lovely message to our family. We’ve never encountered such gracious service from any other company, and Chewy has really set standards above and beyond. Our family will never forget how kind and generous Chewy has been during this time. Thank you so much Chewy, you are the number one spot for our pets!

I absolutely love chewy.com! They have great prices and the autoship option is great and convenient and you can skip or change the next shipment date easily. My orders always arrive insanely fast. I also have ordered prescription food through them and it was very easy. They have great customer service. I have received emails regarding my order and shipping within a day of ordering and if they need to call me I always get a call right away. When I ordered a new food that didn’t work out for my dog I got a full refund and they recommended I donate the rest of the food to a dog shelter. Lastly, when my moms dog past away they sent her flowers and a card. Chewy.com is one of the best companies out there in terms of services, customer service, and caring.
