The last three order have been lost due to Chewy or FedEx. Chewy used to be 2-3 days to recieve my order but now I can't seem to get anything from them.

I’m a long time customer of Chewy who spends a large sum of money with the company on a regular basis for all my pets. If it’s true that My Pillow dog beds were dropped for political reasons (I have written to Chewy corporate for further clarification) then I will be shopping elsewhere. As a side note, I have 3 of these dog beds and they are extremely well made and reasonably priced. My dogs love them! It’s sad when major corporations cave in so readily to the cancel culture twitter mob instead of considering long time customers who don’t engage in such tactics. For all of the My Pillow haters, here is a novel suggestion. Just don’t buy their products. Why is it necessary to try to prevent others from doing so?

My dog passed away on Friday and I had to call to return his diabetes test strips that arrived on that same day . Sherika helped me and was great with handling everything. I’d also like to thank her and chewy for sending their condolences and flowers to my home.

The best customer service...Ever! They went far beyond every expectations. When my dear doggy passed away a week ago, they actually sent me the most heartfelt condolence email, and today they actually surprised my family with a beautiful floral arrangement and card with their sentiments. It really shows that they're truly pet lovers like us. I can't thank them enough and I sincerely recommend them to anyone with a pet.

Thank you, Chewy! I ordered a litter box, litter, and two scoops for delivery to my house while I was out of town. My circumstances changed so I no longer needed the litter box but could use the litter and scoops. I informed Chewy that the litter box had arrived in its own box and the box was unopened but that I did want to keep the litter and scoops. So I wanted to return the unopened litter box for a partial refund of my order. Within an hour of my request, Chewy responded approving my refund and suggesting that I donate the litter box rather than ship it back. How awesome! I understand that it was probably more cost effective for them this way but what great customer service! Plus, my local shelter will get a new litter box! #chewyloyalnow

I tried ordering my cat’s prescription canned food through our vet because they offered a discount. However, after I placed the order, I waited a week for it to come in. So finally, I called to see how much longer it would be and I was told there was a delay and it could take 10 days. I ordered the same prescription food from Chewy.com and then called the vet back and canceled my first order and my cat’s food was on our doorstep the next morning! Thank you so much Chewy.com! We ran out of our cat’s food while waiting for the other order, so I’ll just order from Chewy.com from now on!

Chewy is the greatest thing since sliced bread!! No longer dragging home 50 lb. bags of dog food from the grocery store and they undercut everybody on prices, even if it's just a few cents. I save loads on cases of wet dog food & giant bags of dry. Did I mention I have 2 giant hounds, my babies. Love Chewy beyond the moon, wish I had found it sooner!!!!!!
