My household has bought from Chewy for several years for 2 dogs. I will be canceling CHEWY and will buy my products elsewhere. I also have had enough of your cancel culture including CHEWY Cancelling MYPILLOW products based on a liberal bias, and as long as his products are banned we will NEVER buy another product from this liberal politically motivated company.

I can't think of a time where I've ever been so surprised by the unsolicited thoughtfulness of a company. I'd been on an autoship program with Chewy and I'd forgotten to cancel it after my dear cat, Sammie, passed away last month, so I was surprised to see my quarterly box of cat food at my door the other day. I groaned and thought it would be a nightmare trying to send it back, but I got an email from Chewy asking how the delivery was. I mentioned that my cat passed away and I needed to cancel the autoship. I also mentioned I'd like to return the current shipment if possible. Yesterday, I received an email saying they'd refunded the order in full and that I didn't need to return it, but if there was an opportunity to give it to my local vet or animal shelter, they'd appreciate it. That response really touched me. Then, today, the doorbell rang and a florist was standing there with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I had no idea who these would be from and when I read the card, tears came to my eyes. It was Chewy with the note: "We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Sammie, and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough and we're always here if you need anything. Love, Kayla from Chewy.com." Wow!!! When it seems our world has sometimes lost its ethical compass, a company like Chewy will do something completely over the top that restores my faith in humanity. Between the flowers and the loss on the latest delivery, I'm not even sure if Chewy made a profit on me. But the next time I get a pet, Chewy will be where I go for supplies. Thank you for going above and beyond during my time of sadness and loss.

You know that Marc Anthony Quote “If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life”? I believe the staff at Chewy lives by that. Whenever I spoke to anyone about the flea pills we ordered for our Lhasa Apso Sadie, they were always so cheerful and patiently answered my questions. Fast forward to last week when I canceled our auto-ship because our Sadie girl died of old age. I got two emails, one from Ashley and another from Christina T. They were both so heartwarming to read. One condolence email I get, but TWO!? It didn’t end there. A few days later we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a lovely note from Ashley. The customer service at Chewy is exemplary. I believe they truly live by their mission statement “We view pets (and pet parents) as family and are obsessed with meeting their needs and exceeding customer expectations through every interaction.” I didn’t know that was their mission statement until now, so that makes every interaction that much sweeter. Thank you, Ashley and Christina T, and the entire team at Chewy. You obviously love what you do.

Chewy has by far THE BEST customer service in the pet industry! I have dealt with them multiple times over the last year and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Love this company and will continue to order from them!

We dropped chewy after years of buying If you want to go political and drop sponsors then I can drop you and buy elsewhere!!!!!! No thank you anymore

We cancelled our Chewy monthly dog food subscription - will NEVER buy another product from this liberal politically motivated company . Stay out of politics and stop isolating your customers that pay your bills..... good bye and good riddance

Chewy is famous for losing prescriptions and then blaming your veterinarian for their mistake. Chewy will throw your vet under the bus and run them over for Chewy's mistake / incompetence. Support your vet instead of these corporate mongers.

i am always honest its the people at chewy who are not honest, t tried to write a review about chewy ,i was blocked ,to day i was treated terrible by the pharmacy , they are soooooooo rude . They HUNG UP ON ME THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEB 9 TILL NOW SHE WOULD NOT TELL ME HER NAME THAT WAS THE RUDEST PHONE CALL THEY LEFT ME ON THE PHONE 40 MINUTES
