my dogs and I both love chewy. I have been a customer for 4 years and wouldn't think about changing. I have the reorder pattern down so well that i keep one emergency bag, but receive my shipment consistently the day before I need dog food. I live in a rural area on a lake - while beauty is abundant, retail is 17 miles away. It only takes a few trips to the store and them being out of your dog food before you realize, the true merits of chewy. What I have noticed, is the only one who truly doesn't enjoy chewy is the fedex driver - who is increasingly carrying more and more blue boxes that have some weight to them.

I was a Chewy customer for years, but seeing them still sell Seresto products after nearly 1700 reported pet deaths and countless human illnesses caused by them I am shopping elsewhere from now on. Same goes for PetSmart and Petco. Shame on them.

I would give them more stars if excellence if i had a choice to do so. I had an issue with an item i bought that resulted in the death of my fish. Not only did they issue a full refund i came home to flowers delivered to my home. Don't remember the guy i spoke with but he was also very nice and pleasant to speak with.

Chewy has always been very helpful with any issues. We recently had a kitty passed and received flowers from Chewy. What a thoughtful touch of class!!!

I decided to try Chewy Pharmacy instead of another on-line pharmacy that I was using merely due to price - BAD decision! I set up an autoship order and sent in the scripts. I got my first order and then when my second one was due to arrive I got and heard nothing. I had to get in touch with them. No email or notification from them at all!!! They never applied the new Rxs to the autoship order! Now my dog is out of meds and I have to go back to the vet and purchase meds to hold him over (and pay full price), get new scripts, and go to a different on-line pharmacy! Exactly what I was trying to avoid with autoship and on-line pharmacies in general!!!!!

I have used chewy for years, pretty much from the beginning. I don't know what has happened, but their service has gone down hill over the years. The past few years my orders have been lost, or never sent. I order prescription food for my old cat in plenty of time for it to get here before he runs out. The past 5 or 6 times I have ended up running out of food or almost before it arrives. I understand that once the package is in the carriers hands it not their fault if it is late, but they have to share the responsibility to make sure that FED EX is delivering. I have decided to stop using Chewy, I gave them plenty of chances to be the company they used to be.
